A brand new hotel with a variety of services provided by kind staff. The morning buffet provides a variety of food. It takes about 30 minutes by car from city centre. Airport Shuttle service charges 50GEL, which requires reservation in advance.

Front desk staffs are very unfriendly and not too helpful with any request, they shouldn’t be in customer service business or they should be trained better for the job.

Hotel is far from everything in Tbilisi, on the outskirts of the city. The only nearby landmark is Tbilisi Sea where you can't swim even in the summer. Property itself is in a very good condition with large rooms and large bathrooms and decent size balconies.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff are not nice, the sink broken, AC controller screen broken and Shower head broken!!! If the room is not ready don’t listed!

This hotel is far from city center. We booked this hotel keeping in mind that it’s just a over night stay as our fight landed around 7pm and we thought we will just stay at the hotel. Where there was nothing in the hotel and we went to city center which is 15-20 and taxi takes around 8GEL. While coming back around mid night we got the taxi which took the double the amount. I would rather prefer staying in city center even for 1 night.

Dirty carpets, cold shower, bad cleaning.

The hotel is great and beautiful. Clean and looked brand new. Very friendly staff. Location is a little away from city center but very quiet area. They have great breakfast with omelette station.

This was by far the most unfriendly unhelpful reception staff ever. She was rude disinterested and not bothered. Really had a dreadful start to our stay

Good overall but slight off town

The hotel is away from city hurdles. New and well maintained 5 star hotel. Huge reception hall. Huge recreational facility. Nice views. Away from city at a beautiful location. Taxi is very cheap and easily available. Really very nice hotel.

Helpful friendly staff, big and comfort room, reasonable price.

The facilities of the hotel are good, the rooms fine.. but where was problem with the AC and the hot water in the shower.. the hotel did not clean the room one of the days and did not change the towles.
