It locates a but far from Hamilton but just next to Ferry station. All room have own balcony so you can enjoy very quiet Hamilton harbour. Please note that this hotel does not have any inner restaurant or bar, so you need to spend your dinner or lunch at other places. Of course, over all, this is very beautiful, and clean and relaxing place to enjoy your weekend. I would like to visit again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Nice view of the harbor, and convenient to the beach as well. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the city.

The staff was excellent and provided good recommendations. They even dropped us from hotel to Hamilton as a courtesy. The front desk gave free bus tickets for us to get around. Amazing service and staff. We will stay here again.

View was excellent, the staff was super excellent, the hotel very cozy, and very clean, superb location.

Beautiful water views and views of Hamilton. The ferry unfortunately did not run to the convenient stop next door while we were there, through no fault of the hotel staff. We liked the location of this part of the island, close to market and more activities and more to see down this end. Travellers need some mode of transportation as it's a short drive to other things but very little to be able to walk to with narrow roads and limited sidewalks. Staff was accommodating.

Strange smell coming out from the toilet all day long. Should check the pipes. Everything else was 5stars.

Overall, the lake view was very peaceful and relaxing 😌 at the Inverurie Executive Suites. Inspite of the rain 🌧️, I enjoyed my stay there very much. My only regret is not being able to stay long enough.

Very clean room and friendly staff

This is a lovely property with spectacular views. Our room was spotless and we were welcomed warmly with help with our bags and information to help us settle in. A couple of considerations when staying there before the busy season starts: The ferries do not run on the weekend at this time so you will need to take taxis. Some businesses are running on a reduced hours schedule. I would definitely stay here again!

Heidi and Anton were extremely helpful with fantastic customer service. The room clean and rhe view amazing. Only downside, there was no restaurant site. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and nice staff.

My room was on the water side of te building which in next door to the ferry wharf to Hamilton. There is a balconny withh table and chairs and great views over th harbour and boating activity. The rooms are large and comfortable with kitchenette and bathrooom with hand held shower and rain shower. There is no resturant or bar on site so you will need to stock the fridge. I used the Gourmet grocery store (Miles) which is walking distance from the Hamilton ferry terminal. Also accross the street from the Hamilton ferry on the corner is Goslings, famous for its Black Seal rum, they also have a decent selection of wines.

The pictures don't do it justice - it is stunning to be so close to the water. Immaculately clean. Welcoming and accommodating hosts. Nice and quiet - I slept wonderfully well despite the fact that I'm a very light sleeper.

Outstanding stay in a modern, convenient, friendly and well - appointed boutique hotel. Ferry to Hamilton right outside. Waterfront rooms. Plenty of TV channel selections. Great wifi. Grocery store a bit of a walk and same with busses but not too bad. Maybe a mile roundtrip.
