マサイ・マラから戻り、ナイロビで3泊したときに利用しました。 建物そのものは綺麗ですが、なんとなく殺風景。 部屋が大きく、とても綺麗。シャワーも問題ありませんでした。 WifiもSpeedyで快適。部屋にもう１つランプがあれば良かったと思います。 プールがあるとの事でしたが、非常に小さいのが１つ、しかもメンテナンス中で利用できず。 朝食は非常にがっかりでした。品数も少なかったです。 歩いて10分程度のところにWestgateモールがあり、スーパーマーケットやフードコートがあり、便利です。 タクシーも受付で対応してくれました（料金の交渉は各自で）。 朝食と、プールが使えなかったのは残念ですが、コスト的には満足でした。

清潔でスッタフも大変親切でした　森に中にあり大変静かで朝は鳥の声で起こされとても都会の中にいるとは思えないロケーションです　朝食も大変おいしかった

ホテルは凄く綺麗　部屋もすごくきれいで清潔　ホテルスタッフもとても親切で礼儀正しい 何よりもハウスキーピングにチップを置いていたが持っていかなく置いてあった　その後フォロントで尋ねたが部屋の物には一切手を付けてはいけないとの事でした　 セキュリティーは本当にしっかりしている　こんなホテルはナイロビで初めてです　本当に安心できます

価格から考えてあまり期待はしていませんでしたが、予想を裏切り、素晴らしいホテルです。コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。歩いて行ける距離にショッピングモールもあり、買い物も可能です。何と言っても静かで、部屋も広く、有線インターネットも使え、食事も美味しく、文句の付けようがありません。強いて言うなら、今の時期、エアコンがないので少し寒いことくらいです。

The food and the drinks was A 1 . Me and my travel group of friends was well taken care of .Quick transportation and very close to the mall and the nightlife . When you go to the bar ask for a strawberry margarita with Don julio. They make it the best in kenya . Very good staff as well .

Staff was so friendly and attentive, especially Silvia she was the best! Always staying on top of orders and giving advice.

Good customer care service

Very responsive and friendly staff. The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast that they serve. The options of what you can get is very limited. And the food is just not tasty at all. It’s below average compared to other places I’ve visited.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal wirklich fleißig.

The environment is amazing and the chef made amazing meals. Very fresh food and great juice options. The staff were also very warm and offered support.

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt nær Westgate kjøpesenter, som er et fantastisk et, og har en god og rolig atmosfære. Store rom med alt av fasiliteter. Personalet var helt fantastiske så koset oss. Anbefales på det stærkeste.

We reached out via Expedia days to check-in to request for a refund or amendment, the Hotel advised that they would reach out on status, they never did despite the reasons given for the request. That was rather distasteful and the lack of communication was most regrettable.

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I booked and paid the hotel through Hotels.com however when I got there, they made me pay the rate I already paid a second time, charging me double because I had a guest. This was so unheard of, and I felt completely unsafe in a country I didn’t know at all. This is at very best a 2 star hotel, towels had a bad smell, the room door couldn’t be locked, and there’s no A/C or heater in the room.

This is one of Nairobi's best kept secrets. Great, serene ambience you could as well be on a safari with all the wildlife around you. Great friendly staff and one of the best food I have tasted in an NBO hotel. I will stay here again and again.

Great convenient location. The hotel is nice although a few minor enhancements would make it excellent. Overall good value for money.
