スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで親切だったお陰で楽しい旅になった。 特にレストランのお兄さんは、ゲストをきちんと見ていて、気持ちよくサービスを受けられた。 ご年配の夫婦が多い印象で、子供を連れた家族はいなかったように思える。 部屋もプールも綺麗だった。 運が良ければ、亀が見られるとのでカヤックをしたが、残念ながら遭遇しなかった。 曜日によってツアーがあるよう。 またwi-fiもお手頃な値段だった。 機会があればまた泊まりたいと思えるホテル！

ホテルは綺麗で海も素晴らしい しかし、$100を換金してもらうと、S$200しかくれなかった ホテルでの換金は率が悪いとは聞いていたが、その時の相場ではS$50くらい足りなくかなりがっかりした 朝食は無しのプランのはずだったが、パンや果物、ジュースにコーヒーなどは普通にフリーで、他に料理を頼むと有料とのことだった 朝食も高いと聞いていたので、行こうか迷ったがフリーだったので、行ってみてよかった アフタヌーンティーもフリーだった

年末に国連でサモアに行っている娘に会いに訪れました。 両親と家内と4人で、2部屋2泊で予約し、途中で両親が行けなくなりました。 1部屋キャンセルしたかったのですが、キャンセル不可でした。 ｢年配の両親が行かないのなら」とのことで、あと２泊追加で予約し、最初のキャンセル出来ない2泊分は、娘を止めてやれば良いかと思ってました。 現地に着くと、まず最初の2泊の1部屋はキャンセルになっており、｢娘を泊めたければエクストラベットで一泊80ドル追加で支払必要がある」とのことで、やもおえず支払いました。 前半の2泊後に一度チェックアウト必要とのことで、チェックアウトし、再度後半の2泊のチェックインを行おうとすると、これもキャンセルになっている。 ｢娘含め、2泊分2部屋支払ってくれ」と言われ、びっくりしました。 予約番号を見せると、｢後半2泊分は許してやる。ただし、娘のエクストラベットの追加分のみ支払え」とのことで、そのようにしました。 発展途上国の旅行と、料金先払い・キャンセル不可の恐ろしさを痛感した旅行となりました。 ホテルのコテージは普通でした。　海岸沿いの立地は良かったです。 お風呂はシャワーしかなく、お湯になるまで数分かかりました。

Staff were incredible and the amenities were perfect. Such an incredible location and the perfect week. Couldn’t recommend more went far beyond our expectations will definitely return.

Loved our stay at Sinalei Resort. Staff were very lovely and helpful, were able to help us book a rental care right from their resort and had plenty of great recommendations. Rooms were always very clean, air conditioning worked well. Restaurant, food and drink options were great. We were very happy with the breakfast options provided including the daily local fruits. Beautiful location with snorkeling right out the front - we saw turtles in the water every time we swum. Couldn't recommend Sinalei more

Nothing to fault at Sinalei resort, very friendly staff, great room, cool AC in the room, large bathroom in ocean view room. No TV but no problem as it's meant to be a relaxing stay. Pristine private beach, deep swimming pool, excellent maintained gardens. Food used fresh ingredients and restaurant quality, very delicious and great presentation.

Sinalei is amazing. Situated on a pristine white sand beach, this resort is clean comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean providing everything you need for an amazing stay. The pools, golf and tennis provide all the fun or relaxing you wish. Food and drinks are also very good. Our stay was amazing.

The staff is super Friendly and helpful there are no periods on this keyboard loved the pool and everything about this place

We spent a week in the hotel and Sinalei is a true gem. The landscape makes it feel like you’re in Samoa - not in a general island resort. The staff is extremely kind, polite and sweet. The amenities are great; tennis / paddle court, incredible relaxing pool, kayak, snorkel, everything. The spa is also another great addition - Tiana gave me the best massage and facial. We will definitely come back. Fa’afetai Sinalei. (The only thing that could improve - but will not remove / affect my 5 starts rec! - is the food. The restaurant is ok, but the environment, vibes and atmosphere make it worth it)

A beautiful resort on the water. Staff are excellent, room was spacious with great linens. My only comment re the meals is that the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star resort. It is the only resort we have been to in 4 months of travel that does not offer a hot breakfast option as part of the complimentary breakfast. Dinners were excellent however the menu is limited especially if you are staying a week - no daily specials. Otherwise - enjoy.

We enjoyed staying here. Very peaceful. Excellent fiafia night. Jumping off the jetty and swimming in the pool. Close to Togitogiga waterfall. Just 30 mins into Apia. Room was spacious and comfortable. A tiny bit dated. Staff were frirndly and helpful. The grounds are very idyllic.

There were 10 of us that stayed at Sinalei. The view was beautiful and we loved the food. I chose the T bone Steak and it was huge and very tender. A few went kayaking which was free to use and whilst kayaking they bumped into a group of Turtles. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Clean rooms and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. We left to stay in Apia and wanted to return back to Sinalei. Thank you for the memories Sinalei. God Bless.

Room was great with a nice shower and wifi in the room! Snorkelling was great at the property would recommend kayaking out to get to the better patches of reef and more colourful fish and turtles!

Room was spotless, staff went above and beyond to help us. We loved the old-world charm of the place and the location is so picturesque.

This was a beautiful serene place to stay. The staff were lovely and the standout for me was the cool room and the comfort of the bed. The food was so fresh and delicious. I Enjoyed the buffet also.
