新鮮で、バリエーションある朝食でした。

大変寝心地のいいベットでゆっくり休めました。 朝ごはんもとてもおいしかったです。

乗り継ぎ時間で利用しました。お部屋も広く、無料のシャトルバスも便利でした。 ルームサービスも利用してゆっくりできました！大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

With the advice of the hotel staff, I was able to enjoy my first time in Quito.

予定していた飛行機が遅延したため送迎してもらえるかどうかが心配だったが、変更後の時間にあわせて来てくれていたのはありがたかった。空港に迎えに来てくれた職員はとても親切だった。ただし、フロントでチェックインした職員の態度は事務的で素っ気なく、私の質問に対しても質問の趣旨に沿った答えがなかったので、聞き返す必要があった。 Expediaのアップグレード等の特典が実施されたかどうかについては、特にフロントでも説明がなく、部屋に入ってもそれがアップグレードされた部屋であるかどうかは確認できなかった。 総じて言えば、乗り継ぎ用に数時間滞在するのには高価すぎるが、良いホテルであるのは間違いない

I was only there for one night but there are 2 to things I wanted to mention. One the restaurant staff seemed too busy to help me from ordering my food to even getting condiments. I had to ask repeatedly and felt ignored. Secondly, I wish that people with early flights could have been accommodated with a to go breakfast box as I had an early flight and breakfast time was later.

Short one night stay between flights (arrival to Quito, departure to Baltra). Butt staff and accommodations were very good. Shuttle service 24x7, breakfast buffet. All good. 2nd visit.

The shuttle from the airport took a long time to leave the airport. The shuttle was full of people and we all arrived to check in with only 2 people to check us in. When I finally got to my room the AC wasn’t working and it was hot. It took about 30 minutes to get it working. Not great experience.

Everything was great at this facility I will not go to different hotel besides this one thx

Super convenient for an early morning flight. 24-hour shuttle runs every 30 mins. Very helpful staff, very clean hotel.

Loved our stay at Wyndham. Very close to the airport and convenient. Breakfast was amazing. Property was very clean and staff was friendly.

Wonderful and modern property with great amenities.

We typically stay at the Wyndham when traveling to Ecuador because its airport location is very convenient, especially for early departures or late arrivals. The staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the service is excellent. I also enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment during our last visit. The only minor drawbacks were some late-morning construction noise and a small check-in communication issue. Neither significantly affected our stay. This remains our preferred hotel in Quito, and we highly recommend it. We always enjoy staying here and look forward to returning.

Great place to stay

Excellent location of hotel close to airport and added value of airport shuttle is truly a big advantage! Staff is helpful and friendly. Food service is slow..... maybe due to poor staffing.

Clean, well laid out and appropriate number of toilets.

Another guest tried to enter my room at 2:30 am. The staff assigned him to the same room i was in. If I hadn’t locked the room with the security handle available, the regular lock of theroom wouldn’t have worked and the guest would have found me in bed and i, god knows , with a heart attack. This is an evident mistake. But what if it was a woman and someone enters the room. Inexcusable. No formal apologies. No courtesies.
