乗り継ぎ時間で利用しました。お部屋も広く、無料のシャトルバスも便利でした。 ルームサービスも利用してゆっくりできました！大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

With the advice of the hotel staff, I was able to enjoy my first time in Quito.

予定していた飛行機が遅延したため送迎してもらえるかどうかが心配だったが、変更後の時間にあわせて来てくれていたのはありがたかった。空港に迎えに来てくれた職員はとても親切だった。ただし、フロントでチェックインした職員の態度は事務的で素っ気なく、私の質問に対しても質問の趣旨に沿った答えがなかったので、聞き返す必要があった。 Expediaのアップグレード等の特典が実施されたかどうかについては、特にフロントでも説明がなく、部屋に入ってもそれがアップグレードされた部屋であるかどうかは確認できなかった。 総じて言えば、乗り継ぎ用に数時間滞在するのには高価すぎるが、良いホテルであるのは間違いない

Good if you want an overnight for early start at airport. All fine. Shuttle bus only runs every 30 mins though. We walked.. Only took 10 mins

The hotel had a counter in the airport right by luggage claim and we were able to immediately get a shuttle to the airport. We ordered room service from the vegan menu and had a great night's sleep in the large, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast the next morning was large and varied and we all found something to eat. The shuttle back to the airport was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with a stopover in Quito who want a convenient and clean place to stay.

Recomendadísimo, 10/10 atención al huésped, el Bufete riquísimo, limpieza, amabilidad, presto a las necesidades del huésped, excelente para aquellos que quieran estar más cerca del aeropuerto. Felicito al Gerente y todo su personal.

Easy check but got a card for a free cocktail- while at the bar that was not true. Only applied to wine/beer. A little deceitful. Should have mentioned that on the card. The buffet was good for dinner, rooms a good size. A little noisy but they gave you earplugs.

Shuttle was right on time both picking up and taking us to the airport. The bar is great too with a wide variety of drinks.
