Wonderful experience. Good breakfast (especially the one to go). The fire in the room is very nice and the hotel is very clean. People are nice and warm.

My experience was slightly affected by the fact that I stayed in low season, and at a time when there was political instability along the border with DRC nearby. Hence I was the only guest for most of my time at the hotel which generated a slightly odd feeling. However, the suite I was allocated to was absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The view into the rainforest from the private patio at the rear of the suite was fantastic and perfect for relaxation. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant was of the highest class, and although the waiting staff were possibly slightly over-attentive (because I was the only diner most of the time) they were really friendly & professional. Reception staff gave me great advice regarding how to arrange activities in the park, inc contact details for the park guides. I had a great couple of days at the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.

It was located near Nyungwe NP. Lovedthe views from our balcony. The staff was outstanding. We enjoyed the entertainment too.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a porch that provide great views. The landscaping is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The house keeping service is superb. I had a wonderful stay there.
