チェックインしたときは、エアコンがつかない冷蔵庫が作動しない、電気がつかないなどの小さなトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの対応が良くすぐに別の部屋に移動してくれました。 朝は、オーダー制のブレックファーストで、ランチやディナーも前もって言えば楽しむことができました。 近所の治安も良く、ホテルのセキュリティーもしっかりしてたので、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。

The airport pickup was very convenient but the rooms could use some updating.

The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Trying to find the place, we finally got at the Hotel around 2:30 am. Even the phone number provided weren’t working. Other than that, the hotel is very good and highly recommended.

Property was very clean and comfortable. It was also very old and needed updated in the toilet areas and amenities.

Staff were very welcoming and helped me a lot when i realsed i had a problem that was nothing to do with hotel. They were very kind and supportive. I checked in at midnight, no marked vehicke as shown on web site to pick me which was umportant to me as a solo visitor arriving late at night. Downside was that i eventually realised that there was no key to my room so had to have breakfast in room but lock was changed about 9am and i was given the key. Person who showed me to my room was good enough to admit she made a mistake to give me the room but she didnt know there was no key until i asked where it was. Room itself was good.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made my stay very enjoyable. I also enjoyed my breakfast daily!

The property is in a nice location, walkable to the zoo, victoria mall and restaurants. Condition of the room was poor: little hot water, tv didn't work, mirror broken, ac leaking

Staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our personal needs. The coffee pot wasn’t working and they woke up and made us coffee at 3 AM before we went to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent and on time

No information pack in room to operate tv, air conditioning coffee machine etc. No breakfast available at 7.30 am yet told it was served from 7.00. Had asked previous night to have it at 7.00 am. Ignored. So left with no food. The final bill forgot one evening meal 😳. I had to remind them. Very poor.

Very friendly and caring service personal and overall a very pleasant stay.

This is a really well set up hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was great. Garden was a pretty sanctuary. We did have one problem not caused by the hotel itself but the excellent manager listened attentively, understood the issue and fixed it. His responses were text book perfect. I would definitely stay again.
