チェックインしたときは、エアコンがつかない冷蔵庫が作動しない、電気がつかないなどの小さなトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの対応が良くすぐに別の部屋に移動してくれました。 朝は、オーダー制のブレックファーストで、ランチやディナーも前もって言えば楽しむことができました。 近所の治安も良く、ホテルのセキュリティーもしっかりしてたので、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。

Stayed on arrival at Entebbe and the night before a very early flight. We hit a couple of challenges. Power limitations, inconsistent WiFi and Shuttle pickup, but staff was eager to make the best of our challenges, including upgrading our room. Very handy to Entebbe airport, nearness to the Botanical Garden (more of an Arboretum than a garden), and the Zoo, also made this an economical choice . They even arranged a shuttle ride at 3 AM!

The nearness to the airport was a big plus as we had a 5 AM flight and the staff accommodated a 3 AM hotel departure. We also arrived early from the prior day flight and they worked hard to get us even better arrangements than we had reserved. There were a couple of challenges when we had previously stayed and a small one this time, but the staff made great efforts to remedy them. (Internet was very spotty)

The air conditioning was good. The room was comfortable, but there was no hot water in the shower. The organisation of my very early shuttle to the airport was done, but when the car arrived, the staff called the wrong room on the phone so I was not informed!! On the whole, not really worth what I paid for the room.

Buena opción precio-calidad para estancias previas o posteriores a vuelos desde el aeropuerto de Entebbe. La habitación es amplia, dispone de nevera, tv con pocos canales, a/c y ventilador. La ducha correcta. Nos cobraron 10$ por el traslado al aeropuerto, en taxi, que está a unos 15 minutos. La cena fue correcta, aunque el comedor y el servicio es muy sencillo.

The room was clean, the staff was very curteous and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a good impression. The location was convenient, being close to the airport, and the food was decent. However, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, though still acceptable for a short stay. The airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, which was a nice bonus.

They shuttled me to and from the airport for my quick overnight before a connecting flight. A good value option for connecting travelers.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it is an excellent choice. It is close to the airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is included. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. A made-to-order breakfast was also included. The rates are reasonable and the staff efficient and professional. We are frequent travelers to Uganda and will choose to stay here again.

Quite and the staffs were polite

We stayed here last 2024 and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and good. This time, there was black mold all over our restroom (which is dangerous and we are allergic to) and there were also several areas where large amounts of ants were swarming into our room through the outside and the window. We had to leave early and didn't even finish our stay.

As others say, a little dated but it has what you need. We had to ask for hot water in the shower. They arranged a good shuttle to take us to the airport at 3 am, it showed up exactly on time. Bed was comfortable. We didn't get to try the breakfast.

The staff were great and friendly
