Cream reasonable accessible great stuff decent breakfast

Everything was new, comfortable, and completely hassle-free. The Wi-Fi was also fast. The restaurant offered an exclusive discount for guests, and one kids’ meal was free. The food was delicious and the service was quick. I could see Gandan Monastery from the window. It was impressive to watch many monks heading to the temple early in the morning. CU Mart is about 3-minute walk away, and the Nomin Department Store can be reached in about 10–15 minutes. Some staff can speak Japanease. Thank you!!

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で優しく、ホテルの部屋は清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。

綺麗なホテル

日本語が喋れるスタッフの方がいて対応もすごくよかったです！

室内の清掃も行き届いていて、17階に宿泊し窓からの眺望も最高でした。

国際都市としては普通に綺麗で、英語が通じる。

排水の匂いが気になりました。

部屋はとてもきれいで広かった。掃除も行き届いている。朝ごはんがすこし微妙だったが。

ホテルのスタッフが親切で良かったです レストランも雰囲気が良かったです。部屋も落ち着いていて色あいも感じが良いです。

従業員の対応がとても良かった。分からないことに詳しく説明してもらった 2Fのレストランも落ち着きがあって食事も良かった。1Fのフロントは明るく座ることができる椅子が沢山あったので友達と待ち合うのに良いと思う。

1.食事が口に合ってよかった。 ２．歯磨きセットがなかったのは閉口した。 ３．他のホテル（同等クラス）でＴＶがなかなか映らなかったが、すべて映ったのでグットでした。

The Holiday Innin UB is the standard, the bar, by which all other hotels are measured. It did not disappoint. If you want a high level of quality and professionalism this is the place.

Great hotel located about 20 minutes walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Rooms are clean and good sized. Hotel staff recommend Camber Star tours for a daytrip to Chinggis Khaan statue and Turtle Rock which was an excellent trip. Also, Gandantegchinlen Monastery is close by.

I enjoyed my stay! When I come back to UB I will definitely be staying at the holiday inn.

Nice and modern facilities

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They gave us a room with a really nice view of the city and it was close to some lovely Buddhist temples. Also close to a mini mart. They had a restaurant on the second floor with good food and we ate there both nights of our stay. It was extremely convenient after two long days out, to be able to eat right at the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

All condition was great But passage was too hot:) And cafe bene i couldnt see they opened Couldnt drink coffee
