アフリカのホテルにしては綺麗でした！

空港から無料送迎を頼んだら、到着ゲートでスタッフが待っていてくれました。帰りも希望の時間で手配してくれるので便利でした。 朝早い時間だったのにすぐに部屋を用意してくれたし、 ホテルは清潔でスタッフの感じも良かったです。

ロケーションの良さで既に20泊以上滞在、部屋の広さや清潔感は問題なし

毎回使用するが外れなし、スタッフの対応も親切。ロケーションも良い。

アディスアベバという位置を考えれば良いホテルだと思います。 シャワーのお湯がでない。アメニティーは入れ替えなし。ツインで予約したが、ダブルベッドになっていた等、不平不満の点は多数ある。またクラブかハブかわからないが、朝の４時くらいまで騒音が大きく、ビジネスでの利用はどうでしょうか？ 五泊したのですが、初日は多分ダブルブッキングだと思われるが、パートナーホテルに移動させられました。 以上、しかたないかなぁ・・・

とても良いホテルです。アジス内では多分1番です。ロケーションの良さ、部屋の広さは申し分無しです。

Definitely going to book here the next time I come back to Addis Ababa. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent.

I made a two room booking error while standing in front of the check-in desk (wrong date). The hotel staff support was horrible. When I reached out to Hotels.com for support, I was also disappointed with the vanilla answer. What was concerning was that hotels.com agents were not able to reach hotel stall through a telephone. I was standing in front of the reception desk and the phone never rang OR it was deliberately being ignored. When I offered to connect them through my cellphone it was rejected by hotels.com agents. Overall failure by both the hotel and hotels.com agents….

Good standard. helpful staff. hotel located in an area close to amenities. Breakfast was sadly not continental enough

Although we were transferred to their sister on our first night, upon returning back to Golden Tulip. Ms. Hebist and her team have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was most comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Golden Tulip 🌷 Addis…always our home away from home Tulip 🌷

Airport shuttle was easy to find and a real plus. The hotel was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts were great. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend that you stay here.

Excellent VDay night and dinner. Beautiful decoration, planning and arrangement. Amazing staff members serving the dinner. Just great! To top it off, beautiful piano night. The rooms and amenities are not specially but perfect VDay organization and execution from the property. Thanks.

Great hotel and service, the location is not in a main road and was under construction at the time of my visit

The hotel was overbooked, so we were given room in their sister hotel. Both hotels are in a shabby area with bad roads and need decorating. Rooms are spacious, but breakfast ordinary.
