総合評価とレビュー Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Vila

空港から繁華街を抜けて20分前後のアクセスでした。ロビーから部屋までは少し距離はありますがバギーで行き来ができるのでよかったです。ビーチやプール、レストランには部屋(6号棟)から直接水着で降りられました。 街へはバスやタクシーを使う距離感でした。車通りの多い道にはすぐ出られますが、少し暗い道を抜ける必要があります。部屋でバギーを呼んで来るまで15分くらい待つときがあったのと、電話でお願いしたバスなどが頼まれていなかったりなどはありましたが、スタッフも優しく心地よく泊まることができました。

とても綺麗でよかったですし、とても素敵なホテルだと思いますが、バスタオルがたまに、置いてない日もありました。 もちろん、ハウスキーピングに連絡は、しますが、来るのが遅いので、困りました。

とても良いホテルで、部屋は、最高でした。また宿泊したいです。

全体的にはPort Vilaの中では満足のいくホテルですが、幾つか気になる点もあります。 良い点 -新しい -便利なロケーション -キッチンがある 悪い点 -サービス、従業員の態度　 -バギーが遅い（部屋とレセプションをバギーで往復しますが、呼んでも中々きません）　 -WIFIの無料が限定的（限度を超えると有料になります） -朝食（品数が少ない、サラダが少ない）　 -TVチャンネルがフランスのものばかり、勿論NHKなんてありません　

Personnel bien sympathique (à une exception!) et offrant aide avec bébé. Viel établissement et un seul restaurant donc options limitées (quoique bonne nourriture!)

Check if elevator is working if you can’t walk approximately 2 levels down stairs to the pool and restaurant before you go. Elevator was not working since earthquake in mid December and can be riatrictive to the elderly or disabled.

When we arrived, the receptionist was already outside waiting for us. The property is slightly aged, but very neat & clean. Our 2BR did not have a spec of dust and the air-con was already on when we walked in, which was nice. The pool area was nice with chairs / umbrellas. My kids & husband went kayaking, but the sea was choppy, so they came back quickly. We swam in the sea and saw lots of sea cucumbers, NOTE bring aqua shoes as the beach is very rocky and sharp for little feet. A-la-carte breakfast was great, my kids loved the pancakes & bacon, and I had the acai bowl or massive brekkie burger. Location wise, it's not walking distance to anything, will need to catch the bus for VT150 each way, to the supermarket or into town. There's a convenience store across the road, but a bit pricey. Overall a nice stay.

I didn’t get the Wyndham membership points.

Nice place to stay with great facilities. Service at the restaurants and sports bar was great as staff were very friendly and always obliging. Room is roomy and clean except for ants daily coming into the kitchen. A bit irritating! Apart from that, an enjoyed stay.

Unique location. Loved the pool and gym facility. Bit of a walk to get to the restaurant. Nice and clean , loved the cleanliness

Could not fault the Ramada, it was clean, quiet, the staff were extremely friendly, the pool was just the right temperature, dining facilities excellent. The only thing I would like to see is a laundry guests could use (even if they had to pay). There was a service that the Ramada provided (charge per item - expensive).

The check in process was arduous. Took an hour to be allocated a room all while being told to ‘take a seat for a minute’ Staff didn’t really seem committed to helping us enjoy ourselves. Tv only had French movies Pool on Friday mornings has school children learning to swim so not really usable by guests - there should be a warning so we can make other plans

We had a great stay at Ramada. The room was clean and well equipped and was a very comfy bed. The staff were incredible, they go above and beyond to make your holiday. Buggy service to get around the resort due to the hills if you require. The food was incredible and the views are lovely. Highly recommend this resort for your stay in Port Vila.

Nice place to stay in Port Vila, staff is very friendly and attentive, the facilities are good.

Rigtig lækkert hotel med god service. Dog tog de meget overpris for transfer til/fra lufthavnen. Maden på hotellet er velsmagende og fair priser. Beliggenheden et godt stykke fra centrum/markedet men en taxa er billig at tage.
