空港から繁華街を抜けて20分前後のアクセスでした。ロビーから部屋までは少し距離はありますがバギーで行き来ができるのでよかったです。ビーチやプール、レストランには部屋(6号棟)から直接水着で降りられました。 街へはバスやタクシーを使う距離感でした。車通りの多い道にはすぐ出られますが、少し暗い道を抜ける必要があります。部屋でバギーを呼んで来るまで15分くらい待つときがあったのと、電話でお願いしたバスなどが頼まれていなかったりなどはありましたが、スタッフも優しく心地よく泊まることができました。

とても綺麗でよかったですし、とても素敵なホテルだと思いますが、バスタオルがたまに、置いてない日もありました。 もちろん、ハウスキーピングに連絡は、しますが、来るのが遅いので、困りました。

とても良いホテルで、部屋は、最高でした。また宿泊したいです。

全体的にはPort Vilaの中では満足のいくホテルですが、幾つか気になる点もあります。 良い点 -新しい -便利なロケーション -キッチンがある 悪い点 -サービス、従業員の態度　 -バギーが遅い（部屋とレセプションをバギーで往復しますが、呼んでも中々きません）　 -WIFIの無料が限定的（限度を超えると有料になります） -朝食（品数が少ない、サラダが少ない）　 -TVチャンネルがフランスのものばかり、勿論NHKなんてありません　

We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. Thankfully, the weather was relatively cool at the time, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. My only criticism would be the coffee. There was no barista-made coffee available, and the machine coffee was probably the worst coffee I’ve had while travelling. I know that’s a first-world problem, but good coffee is one of life’s little holiday luxuries! I’d also suggest reconsidering promoting complimentary Wi-Fi as a guest benefit. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and often difficult to use. Despite those issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wonderful staff, comfortable accommodation and stunning bay views made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We’d happily stay again and would recommend the resort to others looking for a relaxing stay in Port Vila.

This was one of the nicest rooms in vanuatu. Very clean, very big.. the view was amazing. Great place if you want a bog space.

Air Con was very noisy and can’t fix

The toilet pipe broke and flooded our room. The lift was broken to the pool and restaurant. The room was pretty wheelchair accessible except for small step to veranda and I would suggest putting a fold down shower chair. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The tour operator at the resort, Miguel was very accommodating and supportive of our needs. Overall had a lovely time.

The seamless experience from check-in to check-out was truly remarkable.

Staff were great. Rooms excellent and clean. Nice pool, bar and food & drinks reasonable prices. Recommend and we would stay again

Great spot for a family holiday, we loved Ramada Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Port Vila. Great location, awesome staff, all the facilities were fantastic and the restaurant/bar was very impressive.

Amenities, room such as availability of telephone in room on arrival, no detergent yo wash dishes or a fish cloth, Airconditioning ( noisy and not very cool) When calling drivers for tourists to take day trips ensure knowledge of drivers. Our driver had no idea, and we were following the map and he missed places when we showed him where we wanted to go. Costing in Australian dollars on Expedia was not final cost $49 charge aud for using credit card and $200 extra charged on Visa card. Inability to pay Expedia direct and therefore paying at hotel means daily rates apparently change which changes total cost and then conversion increased cost.

Great view & staff

Room was nice but tv didn’t work the entire 7 days we were there. We kept enquiring with the front desk but didn’t get any help (not that we really needed one being in such a beautiful location). Room has good amenities. Staff were absolutely amazing! They really made the trip. The in house restaurant was pretty good too.

Everybody was lovely and welcoming especially frank and bob who were quite entertaining down by the pool !
