全て満足。たったひとつお風呂がなかった！長いアフリカの旅の最後に お風呂に浸かりたかったけど、残念。シャワーも床が水浸しに。 ルームサービスのステーキ美味しかったし、シャトルのサービスも満足。

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa twice in the past six months for business trips, and both stays were excellent. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming — special thanks to Samri and Kidist for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, were delicious and fairly priced. A special thanks as well to Yerusalem for her fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Overall, everything seems intact and livable except air conditioning performance is weak. Rated moderately acceptable environment about 90% satisfaction.

It's a good hotel in a good location. The service is very friendly and they have a shuttle to/from the airport. The room is good and even has a balcony. For a 3 day business stay it was very good.

agonising check in due to expedia and hotel not communicating fully, bussiness room not really worth the money, very tired and dated, old crumpled carpet, broken toilet seat, grouting old, city view looked like bombed war zone, breakfast was a positive, very good.
