4日間滞在しましたが、全体的には満足できました。 不満な点は、 ・　インターネットがもう少し早ければ尚良し。但し、普通に閲覧くらいだったらストレスなし。動画は厳しいですね。 ・　タオルの交換が無い日もありました。 ・　朝食のメニューにもう少し変化が欲しい。 ・　夜中にプールサイド(?)で話している人たちがいて、騒いでいるわけでは無いと思うが、声が響いて良く眠れませんでした。

チェックイン時刻以降にホテル到着しても部屋が用意されていないのはよろしくない。1週間滞在中、シーツ&枕カバーの交換は1回のみ、使ったマグもそのままなので自分で洗って再利用。一流ホテルを目指すのであれば、もう少し改善した方が良いだろう。トンガはこんなもんだと割り切れば、快適に滞在可能。

フロントロビーも部屋も小綺麗で清潔。バスルームのお湯の出も良い。キングサイズベッドは快適だがかなり小さい。壁が薄く、隣の部屋の話し声が全部聞こえる。館内にATMがあるのは便利。目の前が海で気持ち良い。フロント係がチェックイン時に預かったパスポートを返し忘れたので注意が必要。総合的には満足できる滞在だった。

The most well established and largest hotel in Tonga, with a great location on the waterfront just near the heart of Nuku’Alofa - with easy access to restaurants, shops, the central market, the palace and offices. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant, but the menu is very limited and the lobby bar was not open when I was there. My oceanfront room was pretty good, but not that spacious for the high price, there was no comfortable lounge chair and noise drifted up from events downstairs. Staff were friendly and kind - but there need to be more of them to support the high number of guests and functions.

Disappointed and Underdelivered – Not Worth the Price For the price point, Tanoa did not meet the expectations set by its marketing. Upon arrival, there was no assistance with luggage—something you might reasonably expect from a hotel in this category. Check-in was disorganized; I had to ask for my room key, the guys seemed like he wasn’t bothered to explain anything. The room itself left much to be desired. The bed sheets were stained, and several power outlets didn’t work. Amenities were minimal—limited to body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels were never provided proactively; I had to request them daily. On two occasions, I even had to ask for toilet paper. Noise was also a serious issue—one night I was startled awake by a loud argument from a neighboring room due to the paper-thin walls. The in-room TV didn’t work, seemingly relying on internet streaming, yet no basic aerial channels were available. This limited even the simplest in-room entertainment. Breakfast offerings were basic and repetitive—eggs, bacon, tinned spaghetti, fried rice, sausages, bread, and a small fruit selection. I also ordered a coffee from the café that never arrived. There is no room service available, which means guests have no choice but to queue at the restaurant—even just to order a slice of cake. Staff were visibly overwhelmed, trying to meet demand. My husband and 11 month old daughter checked in only to come in to our room given away. They gave me a credit for food and beverage use only, but did not use f&b as we were only there for one night. If any hotel does this just refund the room rate. Wasted my $350 usd on this hotel, therefor deserved a 1 star.

Always love the vibe at Tanoa

Relaxing week's stay at Tanoa International Dateline Hotel; loved the mid-winter warmth - along with the friendly Tongan service throughout the hotel. Large rooms, large swimming pool, good wifi, plus a decent breakfast buffet. Not flashy, just comfortable & enjoyable. Hallways are a little noisy/echo at night, FYA

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive and very helpful. We were treated like family. Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We were walking distance to the market and to the dive shop. Thank you everyone at Tanoa!

Overpriced, but there are not many choices

It was close to town. Had a swimming pool. Needed more variety at breakfast. Airport shuttle expensive. Reception staff knew very little about things to do and see, and often gave wrong info.

Disappointed with hotel. For the high room cost I expected good to very good quality experience. Bathroom not properly cleaned in two days (dead cochroaches under vanity unit), cabinet door for refrigerator access wouldn't close properly. Rooms and hallways are tiled making any noise louder. Appears property maintainanxe not high priority.

It's dated, but efficient. It was clean and safe. The staff are amazing and really made the experience.

the folks here are so nice and welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was good, the rooms are air con and comfy. its walking distance to the wharf and to many restaurants and sights. recommend!

This property is the best in tonga however to come into a room crawling with small cockroaches was a little dissapointing, the bedding was clean and changed whenever requested, yhe pool was excellent, the breakfast offered variety of choice , with excellent staff

Hotel is close to shopping, market, restaurant etc…very clean, very friendly and so accommodating to our needs.
