Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to give us better experience. We love it!! It was a bit dissappinting that the airport shuttle is no longer for complimentary though it is still very reasonable (P100).

Mosquitoes were a problem.

Room was decent. Bathroom needs upgrading though. Shower is terrible. Bathroom tap also needs to be upgraded

Séjour fantastique à tous les niveaux. Ce jardin autour de l hôtel est un petit paradis. La chambre, la restauration et les services sont excellents

Gut gelegene Lodge mit schoenem Garten und Pool. Leider war das erste Zimmer, dass man mir gegeben hatte, frisch gestrichen und roch entsprechend. Das zweite Zimmer war gegenueber einer Wand voller Klimaanlagen und dementsprechend laut. Erst das dritte Zimmer war ok. Das Essen im Restaurant war eher mittelmaessig, Kartoffeln z.B. nicht durchgekocht, was deshalb ein Probelm ist, da die Lodge recht weit vom naechsten Restaurant entfernt liegt. Das Hotelpersonal war zwar hilfsbereit, wirkte aber dabei etwas uninterressiert. Insgesamt Mittelmass.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, so there was hardly any noise. The room was large enough, but the bathroom can do with a bit of updating, it was clean, just a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, it might be a bit helpful to have a menu so that people can order, rather than just verbally listing whatever is available to someone( this could just have been a one off as my stay was during the COVID-19 epidemic). There is ample parking with secured entry. check out was unremarkable- quick and efficient.

Experience was good. A bit of maintenance would be good....re-painting doors, fixing old knobs etc
