スタッフがとても親切で良い

チェックインの時、スタッフが一人しかいなくて、待たされた。

国の印象かわからないが、とにかくサービス精神がないように思えた

ロケーションが良い。

クィーンズパークに隣接した静かな環境にあります。

部屋にペットボトルの水を置いて欲しい。

Staff are all kindly people. While stay there always smile.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and the hotel felt safe and secure. It's obvious the hotel is in need of some repair. Fixtures are old and scrapped. We had no hot water and the wifi never connected.

Excellent Service, I got a later check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and will stay there in the future. This was my first stay, and not my last

Front desk night manager was to the point , no very friendly or informative. Didn’t mention pool opening times , breakfast venue or times etc. I’m paying for the entire package and good service. I did not get that from him. That was disappointing!

Room was clean and very well kept. At almost every single interaction, staff was very courteous.

Efficient and friendly staff at check in. Brain Corbee was very helpful and welcoming with a smile. Room was good size and clean with adeqate amenities. The only draw back, i was not able to get local channels on TV. The cleaning staff was very honest: my wife forgot her wedding rings in the room, the rings were turned in to management. We were notified by the hotel management when we got home. Thanks again!

I would like to thank everyone at Kapok. I have a very good experience, the cleaning service was remarkably. The breakfast option was to die for, I am not a morning person but I made sure I was up for my breakfast. Front desk staff was amazing, the restaurant dinner was magnificent 10/10
