スタッフがとても親切で良い

チェックインの時、スタッフが一人しかいなくて、待たされた。

国の印象かわからないが、とにかくサービス精神がないように思えた

ロケーションが良い。

クィーンズパークに隣接した静かな環境にあります。

部屋にペットボトルの水を置いて欲しい。

Staff are all kindly people. While stay there always smile.

I didn't went to the pool because i had very busy schedule but the balcony was very beautiful the room was very warm and cozy,i will be back, i love the breakfast and the restaurant

The room was so nice, clean and full of amenities.

Despite being very transparent on Expedia's site, when I got to the hotel they charged me an additional $495 TTD for my kids. When I spoke to the Supervisor, I was immediately communicated with attitude and abruptly told i have to pay. The toiletries, weren't replenished. Place needs refurbishing. Bathroom door could be open and closed with a push. Breakfast was limited in variety. Will never return to that hotel!

Great variety, balanced , local and continental the meals. I must however make reference to the reception on y arrival.kimberly,professional and efficient . I reached the hotel 7am about , the warmth displayed by Kimberly made me feel awake, like fresh blue mountain coffee, she efficiently and expeditiously was able to get me a room so I could be well rested. This is my second visit to Kapok hotel in 3 months and yes I will return. The housekeeping team , Amitra,who without hesitation got me a coffee maker as I prefer brewed coffee over instant. Kudos. Kapok is the place, close to the Savana for a nice stroll ,sit on one of the many benches and have a jelly coconut. Krave as usual big things, and I won’t forget the pizza I have on my first nite. Didn’t eat all, maybe they could consider selling/doing slices. Visit sweet tnt,stay at kapok,walk around the Savanah, a small plaza also close by where u can get other stuff. Just do it .

Overall positive experience with excellent staff and service. Safe and convenient location. Rooms and shower facilities are outdated.

Short walk to the Savannah and Ellerslie Plaza. Nice quaint hotel with features. Water in shower was only warm not hot but room was nice.

Staff were very polite and accommodating, especially in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

It is close to the Savannah so it was awesome. Food and everything was great.
