The room facility was very old.

I stayed at this hotel in this September but this hotel is very popular and there were full of guests from all over the world. Hotel is extremely big and staffs are really hospitable in the reception and restaurants. Beach is just located in front of the hotel and also nice swimming pools too. This hotel is definitely value for money.

長旅の疲れを癒やす素敵な１日でした。翌朝早い出発でしたがタクシーの手配、朝食の用意などすべてスムーズでした。

Staff were so friendly and always made sure we were enjoying. But the room was disgusting. The bathroom was very dirty, to say the least. There were so many "beach boys" on the beach. So annoying!

the location is good with easy access to the beach. the room is spacious but the facility is very old, especially the shower room is poorly maintained with broken equipment and not very clean.

到着した時、予想以上にリゾート感溢れる素敵なホテルにワクワクしました。ホテルのスタッフも親切で。料理も豊富。サービスも問題なし。敷地のいたる所にバーがあり、何処にいてものんびりできました。周辺エリアに関しては、外出していないのでよくわかりませんが、静かな場所だったと思います。

初めのモンバサでしたが快適なリゾートでした。到着が遅れたのですが、オールインクルーシブだったので、ランチ並みのスナックもいただきましたし、夕食の後のダンスショーも楽しみました。ホテル内には娯楽設備も多々あり、ホテル内ツアーもお願いできました。モンバサ市内観光も行ったため、二泊ではボート等楽しめることがまだまだ多く残ったのが心残りです。次回もここに宿泊したいと思います。

オールインクルーシブで宿泊しましたので、基本的にはアルコールも含めてお金が必要ありません。フィットネスクラブがありませんが、プールは３つありシーカヤックも貸してくださいますので運動不足も解消できます。食事は曜日ごとに国を変えたものを提供してくださいますので7日間は問題なく。何よりもスタッフがフレンドリーです。

ビーチフロントの部屋からの眺めがすばらしかった。ただ遠浅すぎて泳ぐことはできない。食事の時間が限られており、やや不便である。スタッフはひとなつこい人が多い。

If they have a free wifi at the room, it is perfect! Any this place is a last paradise!!

Tripadvisorではモンバサで１位のホテルだったので、宿泊しました。 まず、従業員がとてもフレンドリーで皆挨拶してくれます。お客様にも話しかけたり、手助けをするなど、質が高いです。 さらに、飲み物も込みのビュッフェなので、一日中、敷地内のバーやプールでの飲み放題、スナックも食べ放題。コストパフォーマンスが高いです。 プールも３か所あり、海沿いの眺めは最高です。また、エクササイズやダンスレッスンなどのイベントや、ビーチバレーなどのスポーツプログラムもあります。 夜は、毎日ジャズバンドやダンスなど、ショーやイベントが企画されており、まるでディズニーランドのよう。 本当におすすめのホテルです！！

I liked attentiveness of the staff

In the last 12 months I stayed here about 14 days and I recommended this place to friends who stayed over 21 days in total. Compared to other places in Nyali, the Voyager is to be preferred. The food is OK. Not too impressive. Meats could be better cooked. Fruits are fresh. All inclusive does not include all bottled drinks. Bars offer drinks. No snacks. (All inclusive in Egyptian or Turkish resorts for the same price offer day long snacks, burgers, doners, hot dogs etc....) The beach is very small and unpractical. One section of the hotel is being remodeled. So, expect construction noise by day and some loud music by night from the neighbors. Rooms are large and most of them have partial sea view. Furniture looks over 50 years old. Beds are comfortable. Hot water and A/C work. People are nice and friendly. This is why I plan to come back here soon.

The staff at Voyager is very kind and helpful in assisting the passengers.

Perfect location, amazjng staff, family friendly, special day celebration friendly. We booked this place last minute but it was the best decision we ever made. Will definitely be back next year!

Stayed in the newly renovated sea view rooms which was great. Always a great stay with good facilities, helpful staff and great theme nights and entertainment. The only draw back was the Alkaline water at breakfast which was not fresh and some food items (mini steaks) running out. Otherwise always a winner.

We had a great relaxing time at the hotel. Big, clean, with great restaurant and bars, super nice personel. If I am ever back to Mombasa, I will stay there again. Just a note: it would be better if the seaweed on the beach is cleaned after the tide. Though it is public beach, the smell from the seaweed can be sensed at the infinity pool.

Have a great time at this resort. Lots of activities. I will definitely visit again. This was my second time at this resort.

Voyager Beach Resort is an excellent place to have a fun holiday. No complaints about anything. Enjoyed the beach boys/girls too. Since dining is open to the outdoors, you'll have to be open minded with that fact. I would recommend that the resort install better ventilation in the Smuggler's Cove. It's the only reason we opted out of this fine dining reservation. I saw no visitors eating there either. It was Empty.
