The room facility was very old.

I stayed at this hotel in this September but this hotel is very popular and there were full of guests from all over the world. Hotel is extremely big and staffs are really hospitable in the reception and restaurants. Beach is just located in front of the hotel and also nice swimming pools too. This hotel is definitely value for money.

長旅の疲れを癒やす素敵な１日でした。翌朝早い出発でしたがタクシーの手配、朝食の用意などすべてスムーズでした。

Staff were so friendly and always made sure we were enjoying. But the room was disgusting. The bathroom was very dirty, to say the least. There were so many "beach boys" on the beach. So annoying!

the location is good with easy access to the beach. the room is spacious but the facility is very old, especially the shower room is poorly maintained with broken equipment and not very clean.

到着した時、予想以上にリゾート感溢れる素敵なホテルにワクワクしました。ホテルのスタッフも親切で。料理も豊富。サービスも問題なし。敷地のいたる所にバーがあり、何処にいてものんびりできました。周辺エリアに関しては、外出していないのでよくわかりませんが、静かな場所だったと思います。

初めのモンバサでしたが快適なリゾートでした。到着が遅れたのですが、オールインクルーシブだったので、ランチ並みのスナックもいただきましたし、夕食の後のダンスショーも楽しみました。ホテル内には娯楽設備も多々あり、ホテル内ツアーもお願いできました。モンバサ市内観光も行ったため、二泊ではボート等楽しめることがまだまだ多く残ったのが心残りです。次回もここに宿泊したいと思います。

オールインクルーシブで宿泊しましたので、基本的にはアルコールも含めてお金が必要ありません。フィットネスクラブがありませんが、プールは３つありシーカヤックも貸してくださいますので運動不足も解消できます。食事は曜日ごとに国を変えたものを提供してくださいますので7日間は問題なく。何よりもスタッフがフレンドリーです。

ビーチフロントの部屋からの眺めがすばらしかった。ただ遠浅すぎて泳ぐことはできない。食事の時間が限られており、やや不便である。スタッフはひとなつこい人が多い。

If they have a free wifi at the room, it is perfect! Any this place is a last paradise!!

Tripadvisorではモンバサで１位のホテルだったので、宿泊しました。 まず、従業員がとてもフレンドリーで皆挨拶してくれます。お客様にも話しかけたり、手助けをするなど、質が高いです。 さらに、飲み物も込みのビュッフェなので、一日中、敷地内のバーやプールでの飲み放題、スナックも食べ放題。コストパフォーマンスが高いです。 プールも３か所あり、海沿いの眺めは最高です。また、エクササイズやダンスレッスンなどのイベントや、ビーチバレーなどのスポーツプログラムもあります。 夜は、毎日ジャズバンドやダンスなど、ショーやイベントが企画されており、まるでディズニーランドのよう。 本当におすすめのホテルです！！

Clean and very well maintained resort. Easy beach access and amazing staff

The staff was so helpful and friendly. That is why we went back for a second time this year. The staff is what sold us on returning to voyager. They have scuba, snorkeling, jet skis rides and the beach boys have little attractions such as camel rides, body painting, canoes and safaris. All though I recommend using the voyager’s amenities because they’re more trustworthy to me. All in all the place was so nice and the food 5 stars. I recommend the Italian dinner where they dine you in a nice area that’s romantic and beautiful. The view on the beach is a nice view. 3 restaurants 3 bars 3 pools you can’t go wrong with the all inclusive. Please do, you will find Winnie so helpful and lovely she was one the reasons we came back a second time this year. We found our new place to vacation and they have a kids center with team members who watch and make sure the young ones are busy so mom and dad can have fun😉All inclusive is very nice bec the dinners can be expensive if not all inclusive and all the alcohol drinks you can take in.

Excellent and well-maintained facility, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting, breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. It's worth wandering through the expansive property- we kept discovering delightful little areas and lounges to enjoy. We had a ground-floor ocean view room near the infinity pool - highly recommended. Air-conditioning in our room was very nice in hot Mombasa weather. The only improvement would be having more information on the many optional activities available before arriving - we booked a snorkeling & coral reef tour with an operator, not knowing that was something we could have arranged through Voyager. Also, we got conflicting info on cost for airport pickup. We didn't get a reply to our message, so we finally called the hotel directly - not always an option for international travelers. It all worked out, but the process could have been clearer and simpler. Overall, an excellent resort experience. We would definitely return.

The people at Voyager are what make this place so special. From the early start at breakfast to ending every night with something amazing organised by the animation team, everything was taken care of. We've honestly loved every minute of our stay.

Over the property was well maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful. The amenities are excellent as well. The half day meal plan was good with variety for everyone. There was evening entertainment as well. However, the hotel does not have a large stretch of beach to walk or swim. I personally like to swim in the ocean and go for early morning walks but could not do so as the beach was all covered in coral Also the management did not clean the seaweeds on the small beach space so no room to sit on the beach.

We stayed 3 nights at Voyager and we loved it. We have traveled quite a lot in Africa and this hotel was the best one yet. The room was clean and newly renovated. No bugs. Staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Shadarak who even helped us book our traintickets when our MPesa did not work. Food was delicious. We had the all inclusive package, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, free drinks and at any time you can order things from the snackbar. Beach is beautiful, with incredible white sand. But keep in mind there is also corals and rockbed that can be sharp. It might be a good idea to use bathing shoes if you want to cross the rocks during low tide. Those are also sold in the hotel gift shop. The hotel was a bit difficult to reach via the hotels.com app (don’t know if the issue was from the Voyager side or the app side) so make sure you contact them in time if you need pickup from the airport. But all in all, this was a wonderful place that we highly recommend!
