ディア二にひとりで滞在するため、ナイロビに住む友人から勧められたホテルの中の一つでした。 朝と夕飯がついて、サービス料金を含めると大体一泊8500円でした。朝も夜もビッフェ形式ですがそれなりの種類があるので色々と食べる事ができました。 夕方にはアフタヌーンティーも振舞われました。そのエリアとお部屋ではWi-Fiも繋がります。 プールもあり、プライベート海岸もあり、そしてその時使う大きなバスタオルも借りる事ができこの値段でこれだけのサービスなら十分だと思います。 サルがいますよ！

Dejligt hotel som levede op til alle forventninger. Godt til børn og dejlig service. Badeværelser bar præg af at det er salt vand der kommer ud af hanerne, og trænger til lidt vedligehold. Liggestolene ved poolen trænger også til en kærlig hånd, men det er detaljer

Staff were exceptional and the villa was really spacious with a lovely pool. Food was OK, not as good as some other resorts of the same star rating. Lots of BBQ options and theme nights. We were AI and had breakfast at the small restaurant in the villa area, which was lovely. Lunch was better at the pool bar - suited our family needs with chips, burgers and pizzas. The villa had a few things that needed fixed and we had to ask for the fridges to be topped up. At dinner it was often a bit chaotic and they ran out of plates or cups. Or tables weren’t set. Little touches that stop it being the level expected from a 5 star resort. The entertainment team was good, with karaoke, acrobats and dancers as part of the evening offering. The main pool was good fun and not too busy. There were plenty sun loungers in the shade at the beach with access to the pool. As a single mum with 3 kids I was frequently asked where my husband was, which didn’t happen in Nairobi or the Masai Mara. The hawkers on the beach were obtrusive and we struggled with getting rid of them. There are organised beach activities with the entertainment team and it would be better to go on them rather than brave the beach yourself if you’re a single woman.

Had a great stay. The resort is in a perfect location - close of the hub of Diani. Lots to do at the resort, even on a rainy day. Perfect for walking on the beautiful white-sand beach, swimming, exploring or relaxing. We selected this hotel as it allowed three of us to stay in one room with a king and queen bed. Food was great - especially the breakfast. Plenty of choices.

So to be honest, this hotel did not feel like a five star hotel at all. It felt more like an elevated three star hotel. The bedsheets were not very white. The towels were not very white either the ground of the property nice big Special you know greenery everywhere however the feel of the place was not 5 that it was not luxury. It was more like a three star hotel elevated so that took away from the experience for me because I expected more but the staff very helpful. Very amazing people so that was the plus for me.

Better than expected based on the reviews of it being old. It was clean and nice. Very affordable for the facilities, amenities and the fresh and very hot food. I highly recommend staying here, especially for few days. The staff were very helpful and extremely kind. Love them all. They helped me with all my activities. This is the best place to stay for all the fun activities in Diani. The staff can help you with bookings too. The live music and traditional dance were lovely.

Rooms were amazing! We got upgraded to villa suite by the wonderful manager and very accommodating staff. Food was 8/10, could work on variety throughout the days so it’s not the same everytime but the meat stations changed everyday which was really nice! Entertainment was meh, Could really use improvement but overall experience was 8/10, would definitely recommend and return for a future visit!

Very nice resort for all types of travelers. Excellent staff, direct access to private beach, nice pool, well maintained grounds. Wildlife like monkeys, lizards made it fun. Reasonable prices for ala carts items. Only thing that can improve is the food at the pool bar and beach restaurant.

The hotel was clean, the staff were really friendly professional and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and fresh, especially the fruit, amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Great value for money.

Clean and very nicely maintained.

Loved the ambience and food provided

Diciamo la verità: all’arrivo sembra di essere catapultati negli anni ‘80! La struttura e tutti gli ambienti, dalla reception alla piscina, sono davvero datati; eppure basterebbe poco per rimodernare un resort che 40 anni fa sarà certamente stato un punto di riferimento. Unica nota positiva sono le stanze dell’hotel che sono state recentemente rinnovate e la ristorazione tutto sommato discreta

The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year.

Nice grounds

We stayed in the Residences 2Bd it was amazing. The pool didn't heat up, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was 1-star, too many flies, they had nets, but people were not covering the food back up. They need to set up fans and place them over the food to prevent the flies. The acrobat show was great. The beach was good, we had someone walk us across the lowtide (I had 3 small kids for $15). We visited the main pool, and the kids enjoyed it. The lunch bar sold great food. We ate lunch off the resort daily, best food was at the Salty Squid. We attempted to eat at Nomad but they wanted us to pay an entrance at the gate (I didn't like it). Room service: The laundry service was good. Room Service was quick and hot. It's a limited menu, pizza was not good. We moved to building 400, after 4 days for one night, no complaints.

A/ C was not effective for size of the room, so too warm. But bed, views and gardens really great.
