A convenient resort hotel with good location. There is a good size pool, so it is ideal for families.

Property was nice, breakfast was pretty good. Beach walk was 5 minutes. Rodney Village shops were just minutes away walking. The resort lunch was great. Couple of good restaurants in Rodney bay as well

The beach is small but beautiful, walkable. It is not attached, but is right around the corner. Excellent location to be able to walk the town, restaurants, etc

The room was cleaned everyday with new towels and sheets provided and put in place. The staff was very welcoming Tecar and Garfield and the front desk showed tons of hospitality. Breakfast and bar service were top notch. Their waitresses Jan & Natoya were very pleasant and attentive. The trip overall was amazing due to Coco Palms setting the bar so high! Make sure you go to Fridays street party with Denver the events coordinator and especially make sure you pay the extra money for the all inclusive deal, very worth it! Will be returning again soon!!

Coco Palm is beautiful I had a wonderful stay, the staff is very nice, the food is good 10/10 highly recommended

This place had vibe from the walk through to reception. Those people were so warm, friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home that we not only will be recommending but also will be back very soon. Although there were the odd one or two persons the entire staff I must say made our stay a definite one to remember. Kudos to the entire front desk, management, 'Trini manager', street party organizer and driver and to the bar and restaurant crew namely Gernil [aka nephew] and Bryan and the ladies. You guys are the best. Keep up the awesome work. We loved everything about your hotel and I am happy with my choice.... Cheers!!!

Breakfast was excellent a wide variety to choose from.

The bartenders take forever even when given large tips. Many of them ignore you and just talk to each other.

My air conditioner did not work. There was no hot water

As a Jamaican, my stay at Coco Palm Rodney Bay Village was truly unforgettable - it was my best experience yet. The staff were incredibly attentive to my needs, even going the extra mile to find me a makeup artist. To make my birthday getaway even more special, I returned from dinner to find a bottle of wine, balloons, and a thoughtful card waiting for me. The waiters treated me like royalty during breakfast.

Very pleasant staff, the room was beautiful. I just wished there were more amenities

This was my fourth visit to Saint Lucia third stay at Coco Palm. The service and the grounds have changed tremendously. There was no hot water only luke warm water only, the air condition did not work. The staff was busy congregating and gossiping than assisting quest. I will not be staying at this spot again.

Breakfast menu was fresh, room was clean and the staff were cordial.

This is my fourth time at Coco palm and I was very disappointed. There were several issues with my room. My safe wouldn't lock accurately my knob to the refrigerator door was loose and hanging my air condition would not work properly which they came to fix stated it was fixed only for not to be working. When I return to my room there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm. I was not impressed with Coco Palms time there needs to be some upgrades as well
