総合評価とレビュー The Chedi Muscat

静かな大人向けのリゾートホテル。ほぼオープンエアーの敷地内には、三つのプールがあり、それぞれ個性があって、大満喫しました。 ビーチサイドのバーでゆったりと海を眺めながらお酒を楽しんだり、最高でした。日中気温は38度程あり、強烈な日差しでしたが、常に風が吹いており、敷地のあちこちに水の演出があって、心地よかったです。 施設全体は素晴らしかったですが、お部屋は必要最低限のシンプルな印象（スイートルームは全て揃っているそうですが）。テラスもバスタブも無く窓も基本開けられないので、部屋で過ごすより、施設内のプールサイド、レストラン、バーにいる時間が長かったです。 食事は全て大変美味しく雰囲気も良く、朝食のエッグベネディクトが凄く美味しかったです。

娘が水着をプールに忘れてしまい、後でレセプションに探してくれと頼んだら、見つけてくれた上に洗濯、乾燥までして届けてくれました。 部屋のビールがタダなのもビックリ。朝のバイキングは今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番美味しかったです。

スーペリアクラスの部屋は狭く感じられた。トイレのドアが透けて見えるタイプのもので、且つ、２センチ程の隙間もあり、落ち着かない造りだった。シャワーはレインフォレストシャワーのみしか設置されておらず、髪を洗わない時は使いづらい造りだった。又、窓が開かずリゾートホテルの部屋という雰囲気がいまひとつだった。１１時半位にチェックインをしたが、部屋の準備が整うまで３時間ほど待たされた。その日、ホテルのロビー付近には部屋を待つ客が５，６組程いた。清潔で良いホテルだったが、スーペリアクラスの部屋は高級リゾートという雰囲気ではなかった。ホテルのスタッフは親切だった。チェックアウト後、夜中の１２時過ぎに飛行機に乗り遅れた際、他にパソコンを貸してくれるところがないので、ビジネスセンターを使わせてほしいというお願いをしたら快く聞いてくれ、疲れ果てた様子の私達に飲み物までだしてくれたインド系スタッフの親切にはとても感謝している。

Amazing stay.

The Chedi is the most amazing hotel we ever stayed (and we travel quite a lot!) Everything was perfect, great facilities, nice gym lessons, amazing food, really quiet and peaceful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful from pools to the gardens. The spa is the only facility that doesn't match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. We will definitely come back.

Excelente hotel desde o serviço ás facilities. Pequeno almoço soberbo, piscinas ótimas, atendimento excepcional. Recomendo muito.

This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen. Very authentic, luxurious and elegant. Great people and staff. Right on the beach and excellent place to relax and unwind.

The suite was lovely, a good size, and everything was perfect during our stay. Staff were prompt and always helpful to our needs. The suite hadlight switches/dimmers which is a refreshing change from the useless light solutions most modern hotels have where you can't set the lights how you need. Would happily come back to this hotel for the experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Chedi in Muscat in early April and found it a very relaxing place to stay with family including teenagers. The staff were very friendly and courteous. One suggestion is to improve the atmosphere by arranging some activities and themed nights to engage the guests.

Quiet and peaceful in the hotel. Great landscaping and has zen qualities.l would definitely recommend it if you want to relax. I would also stay here again. Hani took care of us from day one.

Amazing hotel although possibly in need of a refurb in some parts of the accommodation.

most elegant hotel ive ever stayed at, the rooms were a little bit small for my taste.

This is a very special hotel where you feel looked after to the highest level. The staff are superb and the pools and gardens stunning. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the club facilities. We ate in all the restaurants in the hotel and all were exceptional. Some areas of the bedrooms felt a little tired and the beach was not the most picturesque but this would be the only negative I could find and would not warrant awarding less than 5*

Extremely welcoming. Stunning services. Beautiful resort which we thoroughly enjoyed to reside in. The staff made this place even more pleasant, especially Anton (breakfast service), Issam and Shihab (front desk). 100/100 👍 see you soon!

This is a terrific hotel with several restaurants and pools , great service and lots of places to enjoy the sun . The beach is not great and the food is very overpriced but we still enjoyed it .

sehr schöne Anlage, Staff excellent, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, auch mit Gästen, die auf Hilfe angewiesen sind. Sie machen alles möglich, danke
