The room was spacious. The hotel is filled with artwork and has a modern design. They offer a free shuttle ride from and to the nearby airport. The staff are friendly and polite.

素晴らしい滞在でした。スタッフも皆さん優しく、日本人である私も快適に過ごせました。中心地に行くためのバス停も近くにあるのは便利でありがたい。カルガリーに来た際はまた利用しますね。

It is smell bad around rest room and is smell of animal at bed. It was Sunday, someone enjoyed music at too big sound in front of my room. I think, hotel must be care it.

エキストラベッドを頼んでおいたが用意されておらず、フロントに連絡してからも待つこと30分以上。しかももってきても、セットすることもなくドアから入れただけ。あまりにもサービス心のなさにドン引き。スタッフの愛想は良いが。。。エレベーターもすごく遅くて暇かかりすぎ

上の階の音がよく響く。あとは満足！

このあたりのホテルはみんなそうですが、高速道路沿いのため近くに施設がないことが不満です。 また、チェックイン時に１００ドルのディポジットをする必要があります。

Best place to stay for business or leisure. The staff are absolutely amazing, polite, respectful, professional and they go above and beyond for me . I will book there again in heart beat. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Staff need more training. When you order fries you shouldn’t have to ask ketchup, water, knife and fork. Getting ahold of the front desk to arrange a shuttle is problematic. For those of us that work. A shuttle to the sun west airport would be nice. It’s closer than the Calgary Intl airport.
