The room was spacious. The hotel is filled with artwork and has a modern design. They offer a free shuttle ride from and to the nearby airport. The staff are friendly and polite.

素晴らしい滞在でした。スタッフも皆さん優しく、日本人である私も快適に過ごせました。中心地に行くためのバス停も近くにあるのは便利でありがたい。カルガリーに来た際はまた利用しますね。

It is smell bad around rest room and is smell of animal at bed. It was Sunday, someone enjoyed music at too big sound in front of my room. I think, hotel must be care it.

エキストラベッドを頼んでおいたが用意されておらず、フロントに連絡してからも待つこと30分以上。しかももってきても、セットすることもなくドアから入れただけ。あまりにもサービス心のなさにドン引き。スタッフの愛想は良いが。。。エレベーターもすごく遅くて暇かかりすぎ

上の階の音がよく響く。あとは満足！

このあたりのホテルはみんなそうですが、高速道路沿いのため近くに施設がないことが不満です。 また、チェックイン時に１００ドルのディポジットをする必要があります。

Shower didn’t have hot water. They Nickle and dime for everything (early/late checkout/roll away bed). The room away bed was horrible and not worth $15, check in took 20 mins and they messed out multiple reservations or our party.

Nice clean hotel, the evening food in restaurant was lovely. Breakfast was ok but limited options. All in all happy with the stay

Very nice hotel with wonderful amenities, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Check in was a bit disappointed this time, the front desk was serious not friendly no smile. One of the bath towels in the was falling apart, ribbed all around the edges with threads dangling.

We usually stay at this hotel. Out of the numerous times we have stayed here,

It’s cheap for a reason. Room was ok. No bedding was provided for the pull out couch bed even though we checked in with kids and said so. Towels are tiny and stained and scratchy. One ply toilet paper. Shower door doesn’t stay closed. Shampoo bottle was empty all 4 days despite requests for housekeeping. And to top it all off, they don’t have trained pool staff with the chemicals. Pool is open at 8am. We went around 10 and a man was dumping chlorine into hot tub and told us to wait 10 minutes. We did and it stung. My wife’s bathing top was bleached and my silver wedding ring looks like a railroad track now. Manager didn’t seem to care and assured me chlorine is only added overnight. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Professional friendly staff, very clean rooms and a great restaurant on site are a few reasons we’ve stayed here several times.

The airport shuttle does not run before 7:00 AM, so we had to pay out of pocket for transportation. And there was little or no hot water, so the showers were pretty cold. Probably won't ever stay there again.
