Le personnel était très aimable et la chambre propre et confortable. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin, et nous étions prêts à attendre pour le check-in, mais le personnel a eu la gentillesse de prioriser le ménage en voyant que nous avions un bébé, ce qui nous a permis d’entrer dans la chambre en fin de matinée. Un lit bébé avait même été préparé sans qu’on le demande, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidés. Le jardin intérieur était parfait pour laisser notre bébé se promener librement. On entendait les cloches de la mairie depuis la chambre, ce que notre bébé attendait avec impatience chaque fois. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir !

The corridor to our room were very dark.

It gave me the impression of a pension-style hotel in an ancient capital. It's clean and has a calm atmosphere that feels like your own apartment.

It is a little far from subway station.

バルコニーが広くてよかったです。夜間でもエントランスの自動ドアから自由に出入りできるので、ちょっと心配です。

パリの独立系で中小規模のホテルは、レストランを付随していないところが多いが、ここはホテル内にディナーを食べられるレストランがある。出張で一人、パリの賑やかなレストランに一人で入るのは抵抗があり、とても便利。尚且つ、美味しい。 レセプションからレストランに向かう途中にあるユーティリティスペースは広く、5-10人ぐらいの団体のMTGもできる。 部屋はエクセレントとは言えないが、今までに泊まったパリのホテルと比較して劣ることはない。１点、要望があるのは、レースのカーテンを付けて欲しいこと。あとは申し分ない。お気に入りのホテルのひとつになった。

日本人の20代の男です。初めての一人旅で利用させて頂きました。 スタッフの方々もとても良い人が多く部屋の清掃も申し分ありませんでした。他の人にもおすすめできるホテルになっています。特にモーニングのカフェでのクロワッサンがとても美味しくて感動しました！また、ワインを買って部屋で飲む時にロビーで栓を開けてくれました。何気ないことですが嫌な顔せずに優しくして頂きました。英語を話せるスタッフさんもいます。事前のチェックインをしてQRコードを取得しておくとチェックインがかなり楽になります。言語に自信が無い方はやっておくべきです！ 注意点としましてはサイトにはランドリー有と書いてありますがコインランドリーはありません。クリーニングサービスのみとなっていますので自分は近くのコインランドリーを利用しました。不安ですがネットで調べればすぐに使い方が分かるのであまり苦労はしませんでした。いい思い出です。風呂はバスタブはありません。シャワールームが1部屋にひとつあります。また、フランス人の人柄か、清掃の時間はスタッフによって一、二時間ほど前後します。あとは日本人としてはスリッパを持っていきたいですね。玄関の概念がないので少しだけ困りました。 あとはこのホテルの周辺は移民街(？)黒人の方が多く怖い経験は全くしませんでしたが夜は出歩かないようにしていました。いい人が多いのと都会なので無関心な方が多いのできっと大丈夫だと思いますが！一応現地に行った時に少し驚いたので書いておきます。周囲にカフェ、スーパー、パン屋もあるので食には苦労しないと思います。 このホテルに泊まったら徒歩10分ほどでサン・マルタン運河に行けるので行くべきです！とてもキレイで落ち着いたパリが見れます。いい出会いもありますよ！日本の京都の鴨川のようなイメージで自分の大好きな場所になったので時間があればぜひ行ってみてください！ とてもいいホテルでした。 ありがとう！

The hotel itself overall was very good. It was well maintained, renovated and clean. The rooms were big enough and they have AC. The only negative review that I can give about this hotel is its location. The neighborhood it is in is not a good neighborhood, especially during the nights you have to walk-through some questionable areas.

Good air conditioning. The staff were great - the shower drain wasn't working properly, and thry were able to fix it on the same day. The cleaning of the room could be better. The drapes on the windows were broken.

Cold rooms were amazing, train stations within reasonable walking distance, breakfast was available at the café if you don't want to go out to eat.

Comfortable accommodation with very helpful staff and easy access to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, Metro and buses. Recommended for short or longer stays.

Our bathroom had a terrible urine smell all the time and our ac in our room didn't work.

Positives: very good location for getting around Paris. Close to great restaurants and shops. Culturally diverse community. Hotel room in very good condition. Comfortable bed. Tranquil surroundings looking out onto the courtyard. Well designed and spacious bathroom. Lovely anniversary note and gift left for us ❤️ Negatives: sink leaking from the back meaning the floor got wet with use. I'd booked a late checkout via the hotel website. However, late on the day I was told that this was not possible, which was very inconvenient and I had to change my plans for the day. I was given an extension until 2pm which helped somewhat. Generally I was very happy with my stay and will return in future.
