Big thanks to Mr. Majed at the reception for his great welcome to us and thanks to all the staff for their respect and good treatment.

The property is great and the rooms are pretty good. There is construction adjacent to the building, not inconvenience but we just got gat view. Canal view is great but not much activity there.

Great staff. Excellent service and close proximity to Dubai Mall. But limited dining options.

Beautiful roof top. Employees at the Bar and restaurant BAI BAI are very friendly.

Nice hotel

Great hotel in central Dubai

Service was perfect. Only issue is that we were given a room that is part of a suite and the other room had children. They were very loud, especially running in the hallway and screaming. Staff changed our room which was perfect. Appreciate staff working hard to keep us satisfied. Will consider next time for sure

The facility is beautiful. Friendly staff. There was construction work around the area so the view was not the best, however; I would say.

Amazing

First time stay. The staff were awesome and super helpful. My two concerns were: The AC was very loud and operated in bursts that woke me up during the night and the access to the hotel is a little uneasy. Otherwise the hotel is great. I was kindly updgraded for my birthday which is a sweet and kind gesture.

Delightful staff that cant do enough for you. Excellent housekeeping team that are helpful, friendly and take such good care of the rooms and guests. Housekeeping really went above and beyond to clean and organise and it made our trip so much more enjoyable by their attention to detail. They deserve a lot of recognition for the wonderful work they did during our stay. We stayed for a week in a family suite and the rooms were big and spacious and perfect for our little family. Really enjoyed the facilities and the cleanliness of this hotel and would defo recommend to anyone.
