総合評価とレビュー Sunway Resort Suite @ Lagoon & Pyramid

when we arrived at sunway resort suite, we found out its not a company hotel management, but it is owned apartment for rent. so there is no security that can look after your luggage, no check in or check out desk, no room service (they told me will clean up the hotel but they didn't come).. so this suite its totally private owned apartment. room is clean enough at glance. there is dining table, but there is no tissue around the room, no toothbrush, its so limited to get the small facility since... back again, it's private owned apartment. This is really give me disappointment.

Just waste of money only. No Reception, No staff. They are f*****g agent. Never come back this hotel anymore. Only 1 card provided. Room was too dirty, so many ants in the room. Just waste of time and money.

Untuk pertama kali agak bingung ya dengan lokasinya. Dan karena saya bookingnya last minute, saya waktu nyampe kamar belum ready. Dan saya juga tidak bisa nitip koper karena tidak ada resepsionis. Karena disana ternyat sistem apartment sendiri-sendiri. Setelah chat dengan owner akhirnya baru bisa masuk dan titip koper di kamar, kamarnya besar dan luas. Fasilitasnya juga lengkap dan lokasinya juga bagus. Overall bagus cuma sempat ada masalah saja di awal-awal karena saya tidak tahu kalau trnta ini milik perorangan bukan seperti sistem hotel, thanks.

Very convenient place to stay. Sunway pyramid shopping centre just around the corner. Have self service laundry at level 12.

Very helpful and attentive service by the management team, thanks Miko, Sue Ying and Stefanie. For the property, it's a good location with direct access to Sunway Pyramid mall. Cleanliness (seeing tiny ants and tiny cockroach) and furniture should be improved too. Movie streaming is not working for most Apps in the TV Box, the only app that works is Youtube, but still super laggy somehow. Overall a great stay for family.
