口コミが良かったのでここにしましたが、値段の割に、朝食が、今ひとつでした。生野菜やフルーツがもっとあればよかったです。部屋は広く良かったです。やはりダウンタウンまで遠いのと近くにスーパーなど無いので、いちいちタクシーを使わなくては、ならないのが、不便でした。せめてホテルの送迎バスなどあれば良いと思いました。

Clean room

Room was super clean. Staff was nice. Kids had a blast at the pool and breakfast was well done.

Great room lots of space and we enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast too.

Excellent in every way. The staff knocked it out of the park.

We were unable to access the cable after settling in for the night. There was one channel we wanted in particular that continuously glitched in and out. The guide was also not even close to being accurate. The staff wasn't Other to keen on helping us out but other than that, stay was okay!

C'est un endroit vraiment super, avec une vue sur la ville et les environs. Situé proche des grands axes routiers de l'île. Parfait pour les familles.

It was a good stay, the breakfast was very expensive for what you get. The room was very clean and everything was very updated but a in all it was good but definitely an expensive stay.

The room was great, clean, spacious. The night front desk staff were wonderful! So friendly! Our only complaint, and its a minor one, is that the toilet paper in the room was awful. Very rough amd thin. Next time we'll bring our own.

Normally, a go-to for us to stay in Chtown. Nice hotel with decent breakfast. Our last stay was interrupted by water pouringthrough our bathroom ceiling... as in you're getting rained on when trying to use the washroom. Called the front desk at 5:30 am, and they advised maintenance would arrive in 30 minutes. Now I realize they were not calling anyone, that's the time they were scheduled to arrive at work. Got dressed and waited for them. No one came. Eventually fell back to sleep. Went to the front desk and asked about it. Reply was to the effect of ..." yeah, we heard something about that, and other rooms reported too. Night crew didn't leave any info." The lack of caring was disappointing. Asked for a night credit (not a refund). Told since I booked through Expedia, to take it up with Expedia. I feel sorry for mangement and the owner for the lack of action.

We stayed for 2 nights and the second night our room wasn’t cleaned! No clean towels nothing! I called when we got back and was told there was only cleaning staff in the am and that we must have left the sign out!😡 Absolutely not! We had even talked to the girl upon leaving! Not acceptable this is why we stayed in a hotel! When I complained about this (twice) I was told they were sorry and my complaint would help incoming guests! More training in customer service is definitely needed! At this time when economically everything is so tight for everyone and we decided to visit your beautiful island for a weekend and this is what we get, it’s very disappointing! Also the toilet paper and Kleenex were such poor quality we literally went out and bought our own! ☹️
