チェックインタイムよりかなり早く着いたにもかかわらず親切に対応していただきとてもいいホテルでした。 部屋もとても広く綺麗でまた泊まりたいと思いました。 一つ不満があるとすればsafety boxが最初からロックされていて使えなかった点だけで十分こちらの期待以上でした。

ホテルの部屋はきれいだが、Wifiが途切れ途切れになるのが難点。ホテルにナイトクラブやバーがあるが、どちらもイマイチ。

滞在は、僅か1泊でしたが、新設なホテルらしく大変モダンで洗練されたデザインで、大変過ごしやすかったですが、空港でのピックアップをお願いしておりましたが、ホテル側がドライバーの手配を忘れていたらしく、結局、タクシーでホテルに向かう事になりました。チェックイン＆アウトの際のフロントスタッフの対応も、あまり良く感じられず、ホテルのハード面とソフト面が釣り合っていないように感じました。

I did not stay overnight. As soon as I arrived I realized it was nothing like the photos. I sent pics to Expedia and they immediately remedied the situation. I left and stayed for an actual hotel, not a house of ill repute. There's a reason it's that cheap. The locals even warn you about it.

The hotel is old furnishd, the carpets in the rooms (we had 3) were dirty and very old. In the 2 rooms the water pipe did not work good.

Good for the price. Lovely spa at this hotel.

I booked the room with breafast but they said no it is not included. The furniture was soooo old. The lights in the room sooo terrible.

ليست المرة الاولى اسكن هذا الفندق، لكن الاسف وجدت السرير متغير عن السابق وغير مريح نهائي.. لانهم يستخدمون المرتبات داخلها الزنبرك المعدني، لم اعلم ان هذا النوع من المراتب تستخدم لليوم!! كان مزعج وصوت مع اي حركة وغير مريح نهائياً

Very nice place to stay in al Hoora, Exhibitions Avenue - many places to eat nearby. Spacious rooms, great reception personnel.

I like the Monroe. The price is right. The rooms are spacious. The staff is great. Interesting entertainment.

للاسف بعض المقيمين بالفندق يشغلون الاغاني باعلى صوت باي وقت باليوم . في اخر يوم في اقامتي بالفندق صوت اغاني صاخب ومزعج جدا بدى من الفجر حتى الساعه ٨ الصبح حتى بعد الشكوى اكثر من مره تاخروا ادارة الفندق في حل المشكله
