フロントの方はとても親切にしてくださいました。デリバリーの手配もしてくださったり、親身になってサポートしてくださいました。

スタンダード スイート に泊まりました。通常のお部屋2部屋分で、ベッドルームとリビングに分かれ、それぞれにバスルームが付いていました。眺望も良く、快適な滞在でした。収納も多く、ワーキングデスクもあったので、ビジネスでの滞在にも向くと思います。スーパーにも、徒歩で行けました。飛行機の時間が早く、朝食が取れなかったのが、残念でした。

ホテルは新しく綺麗。スタッフも丁寧で親切。 が、部屋は特に広いわけでもなく、宿泊2度目だったが1人で泊まった前回よりも2人での２回目の今回の方が部屋が狭かった。 そういう気遣いはなかった。 あと、ランドリーサービスを利用したが驚くほどに高い。

部屋の一部に掃除が行き届いてない部分があったり、タオルが足りなかったりしましたが、景色や、部屋にシャワー室が2つあったりお値段以上の価値があると思いました。

室内は清潔かつコンパクトにまとめられています。

ホテルの設備立地設備などとても良いのですが、予約した2ベッド、喫煙ルームが用意されてなくて、エキストラベッドを用意してくれたのですが、布団が無く寒かったので、もしリクエストどうりの部屋を用意されていたら是非また利用したいと思います

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良く、新しいホテルで設備に不具合もまだなく、朝食付きでレストランからの眺望が素晴らしい。

Air conditioner was not working. The reason I opted for thisb hotel was due to its proximity near the airport, and early Breakfast. The website stated Breakfast from 4.30 a.m., reception told me it starts @ 6.30 a.m. They agreed to provide boxed breakfast at 5.00 whlch did not meet ny didn't meet my dietary restrictions a.m.. the

Room was clean and comfortable! Fairly good location, walkable to the Avenues. Staff were friendly and helped me how to go about walking to the Avenues and let us check in early. The top floor has a beautiful view around. Will stay again 100% if i return to Manama

Probably one of the best Ibis hotels I have stayed in and was surprised by the high standard all round from the staff to the furnishings and decor and general hospitality. Memorable stay. Thank you Ibis Styles Manama.
