私たちはゴルフ場の手配をホテルに依頼しました。 スタッフは快く手配してくれました。スタッフはとても親切でした。 私たちは朝食も楽しみました。サラダ、パン、ソーセージ、卵料理、フルーツ、コーヒー、ジュースなどありました。5スターホテルと比較すると料理の数は少なかったけど日本人でも美味しく食べることができました。　部屋も綺麗でした。また、徒歩圏内に美味しいトルコ料理、スーパーマーケットもありました。

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Leider war bei der Ankunft nicht bekannt, das wir zu dritt anreisen. Zustellbett kam aber schnell. Roomservice legte immer nur zwei Handtücher bereit. Frühstück war leider nicht so abwechlungsreich. Personal war freundlich.

Fair condition of room however great service from staff

Staff was nice. There are only about 8 parking spots, but I only fount this to be a problem on weekends, when you can use the rest of the lot free of charge. Check your room for bedbugs before settling in because I found some in my first room. Luckily, the staff quickly switched me to another room, which was perfectly fine.

Nice behavior by staff and great area for night walks out. But be aware of parking rules. I got 3 tickets cause I didn’t know that I should reserve by parking by sms

The property had no parking for their guests and as a result we got charged a parking ticket when we were guests at the hotel and shouldn’t even have to worry about that, when talked to the manager he clearly refused to understand or empathize instead claimed it’s our problem and not theirs.

’s worth the price for a three-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service was great. The room furniture was old and in need of replacement, but everything was clean. The rooftop pool was cool — don’t forget to try it! There’s also designated free parking in the back if you have a rental car. The neighborhood feels safe, though it’s not a beautiful or wealthy area. The nearby Turkish restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.

It was an average stay for a 2 star hotel. But what I have a problem with is when they advertise a premium and luxurious 4 star hotel in their pics and bio. Felt like a bait and switch. The staff and reception were kind, so it’s not their fault. Just false advertising. Water leaks from under glass in shower. Aging/peeling decor. No shampoo or conditioner. No hand soap tray. I booked a queen bed, but found two single beds pushed together. Poor WiFi connection in my room. AC took hours to cool. A decent hot tub upstairs with no water. Again, things you expect at a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star as they list.

Stunning roof top swimming pool with views on the city especially at night. Breakfast could be improved, no yogurt no fresh fruits.

Good location but a little run down

Würde dort nicht wieder Buchen. Als wir angekommen sind , war das Zimmer dreckig (Haare in der Badewanne) , nicht ausreichend Betten. Da wurde dann eine Liege rein geschoben. Wir mussten jeden Tag um Handtücher betteln, Beim Frühstück gab es dann Tagelang keine Butter. Also unterdurchschnittlich.

Property area Good .staff Good But old fashion hotel.need mantince .and today morning no water in whole hotel after two hour water start 8;3 to 10;30 AM.mostly bathroom. Not good condition

The Platinum is close (15 minutes) from the airport and located close to a busy roundabout and local shopping area. The hotel itself needs some redecoration. The rooms, the dining area are a bit dated. I thought the breakfast selection was weird, ( cheese pizzas ) but I guess some people like it. Disappointed with the gym, old equipment and no air-con. The rooftop pool is pretty cool though with great views to the city. 30 minutes from the Murtah Souk.

Lo mejor la ubicacion. Se aparca facil. La cama es comoda. El personal es agradable. La piscina arriba es un punto a favor despues de un dia duro de calor. La habitacion algo sucia. El hotel tiene zonas que necesitan reforma.

للاسف الفندق اصبح يفتقر لنظافه الغرف والسرير غير مريح والاغطيه وسخه والرائحه الكريهة رفم قمت باأستبدال الغرفه ونفس الشيئ

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located for Al Khuwair Square but not much else of interest. Check was straight forward and welcoming, the breakfast buffet good, and the roof top pool a treat. The rooms are spacious but a bit tired now. Overall, a reasonable hotel.
