私たちはゴルフ場の手配をホテルに依頼しました。 スタッフは快く手配してくれました。スタッフはとても親切でした。 私たちは朝食も楽しみました。サラダ、パン、ソーセージ、卵料理、フルーツ、コーヒー、ジュースなどありました。5スターホテルと比較すると料理の数は少なかったけど日本人でも美味しく食べることができました。　部屋も綺麗でした。また、徒歩圏内に美味しいトルコ料理、スーパーマーケットもありました。

terrible stay very dirty not worth to stay

The linen has stain, the room was so dusty, corridor was dirty and the smell wasn’t good

Der Pool auf dem Dach war sehr schön. Das Interieur ist halt schon abgelebt, kann man erneuern. Viele Mücken im Hotel.

The bedding was not very clean, there was only one towel that was holed. Apart from that the staff is very good and the room is spacious.

Very good property to stay in! It was safe and there are restaurants nearby! The air conditioner worked great which is a bonus! The airport is close by and the staff was friendly! I did have to ask for a towel but they responded quickly! I traveled with my friend and as two female travelers we felt very safe. The breakfast was a buffet style with good options like eggs, sausage, croissants, and donuts as well as other traditional breakfast items to the country. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to other backpackers or solo travelers as it was accommodating, a great price, and safe!

5 star service. Great pool and gym. Great breakfest. Great staff who was always helpful. I got everything I needed and could not ask more. Food was amazing and room amazing. Always greatfull to this hotel.

I stayed here 13-20 Feb ( with a couple of days in Sur in between to see an old friend) and really enjoyed it. Loved the rooftop space and the view from there was so good. Conveniently located for supermarket and a few restaurants. I did walk to the Avenues Mall but you take your life into your hands crossing the large roads in places and as a lone woman I constantly got beeped by taxis asking if I needed a lift. Only negatives were no towels or soap in the bathroom - luckily I had brought both with me. Probably could have asked…….however great shower and such a comfortable bed.

Comfy bed and pillow, quite room with good blackout curtains, and excellent air condition, however the room was not that clean, no hands or fave towels dirty kettle, and the front desk didn't answer my call at all, so poor service. Over all good value.

Pictures on website looker brighter than reality. But venue was ok for 1 night. A bit of a brush up would be easy to realise. Good restaurants nearby.

Looks ok from the out side inside is a different story

We loved the Platinum Hotel, convenient, clean and very friendly. The Omani lady at the reception was so kind! We arrived at 5.30 am and the reception was open! We loved the rooftop swimming pool to chill out. We weren’t expecting it to be so nice!

I liked the hotel very much and also the staff. The breakfast was good and tasty!

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de tout commerce. Nous avons une super belle vue sur la ville. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel qui a été très bienveillant. Seul inconvénients : pas assez de place de parking pour les résidents de l'hôtel

Noise from lift is annoying you can hear it from your room and the pool is my only complaint. Otherwise I had a perfect stay. Great for relaxing around the pool looking out on Muscat city and great view of the mountains. Delicious food, gorgeous design hotels close to shopping malls and not far from the beach and excellent staff is a great reason to check in here.
