フロントの方々はとても親切でした。朝食のメニューがたくさんあり、美味しかったです。カジノがありますが　うるさくなく、快適に滞在できました。

バルコニーからの景色が素敵で、買い物、レストラン等の立地も良くとても便利でした。

街の中心地にあり便利でホテル は意外にも静か。ベイビューで居心地が最高。プールからの眺めも最高。

景色がとても良いです。島が見えて、行き交う人たちの船がたくさん見えました。 スタッフはみんな本当に親切で、自然とともに暮らしている方々の、心の豊かさを感じました。 ロビーも、どこか懐かしくてホッとする感じです。 あとは、受付の方にいろんなことを質問したのに、嫌な顔１つせず教えてもらいました。 もっとチップを置いてきたら良かったと思いました。

宿泊の部屋が２階の１１０号室で、窓から外の風景が１階の庇に遮られ眺望が頗る悪い。 それでホテル探検で最上階の６階に上がったらカジノがあり、入口前を通りかかったマスターに１１０号室で眺望が悪いので外が見たいと言ったら入れてくれた。６階ベランダからの眺望は素晴らしかった。それにしても、高層階を希望していたのに２階では要望に応えていない。

街にも近く、とても便利なロケーション。 部屋からは、湾の眺めが最高で、朝も夕陽も、すべて美しく楽しめました。

朝食込の予約をしたはずがそのように伝わらなくて、朝食料金を支払いました。

Room was very clean and housekeeping everyday. Supportive staff and great customer service, cool room and comfortable. We couldn't enter casino due to smoking inside casino.

Great choice easy access to Port Vila township Hotel present well has all you need was welcomed at reception from Sue at the front dest very informative with her local knowledge. Have no hesitation of recommending the Grand

Good hotel Ive stayed at before. Modern, comfortable bed, good aircon, great staff. Only 16mins from the airport. Cant go wrong staying here.

Breakfast was very inconsistent when they had bigger function on inhouse they put a bit of effort into buffet. Some staff were really amazing but management was poor

We were upgraded to the top level from our panoramic room booking. It looks like this room was recently renovated. Great views to irikiri & beyond. Would recommend going elsewhere for food. We had the buffet breakfast & the offering was pretty poor for the price.

We found the room got too hot as air conditioner wasn’t working properly

The corner suite is a great look! The finishes are extremely dated

Hotel and staff were fab, our only issue was the pool was out of action for maintenance. I know this needs to be done but when a main part of your holiday plans was to laze around a pool it did put a dampener on things. You could go over to Iririki Island to have a swim in the pool but at $25 per person it’s not feasible for the duration of the holiday. Vouchers should have been offered, or at least an email explaining and giving the option to rebook somewhere else.
