ロケーションはこれ以上のものがないほど素晴らしかったが、建物が古く、ロビーから上層階へのエレベーターのフロアまで階段しかないため、重い荷物を運ぶのは大変だった。またレセプションで周辺の地図をもらったが、ロシア語のものしかなく、大変不便だった。部屋でのWiFiが場所によってつながりにくいという問題もあった。かつアメニティが補充されていないなど、サービス面全般で不備が目立った。サービスや施設面での不十分さを、ロケーションで補っている高級ホテルという印象。

はっきり言ってこの値段で泊まる価値のない最悪ホテル。 最もひどかったのが朝食で、終了時刻1時間前に行ったにもかかわらず、ほとんどの物がなく(パンまでもが)補充もされないので数少ない残り物を食べざるを得なかった。 部屋の冷蔵庫も使えない上に、ミニバーもセットされていなかった。

ローケーションは最高でした。スタッフも感じ良く対応してくれました。 通りに面していたので、朝は車の音で目が覚めました。二重窓でしたが、少し騒音が気になりました。 また、廊下にゴミが落ちたいて翌日も同じ状態でしたので、掃除はあまりいきとどいていないように思えます。

The room that was given to us was nothing like what was advertised in the app. Room was VERY old, did nit even have enough outlets for phone chargers, I had to put my phone on charge in the bathroom. Reception staff could not even organise a taxi. Laundry were held at the reception until I had to go down and pay for it. Even thought my card details were at the reception and bond was in place. Staying in the hotel made my stay in Yerevan so unpleasant. Food and beverages were extremely expensive, $19 Australian dollar for 2 coffees.

There was a restaurant with extremely loud music late in the evening between the 2 and 3 floors, impossible to sleep. Impossible to set the temperature or tono0en windows as well. Too bad, because the staff and location were good.

One of the best hotels - and most helpful staffs - I have ever encountered. The location of the hotel is truly iconic!

Main issue was mattress on bed one side sagging and so uneven. Some parts of room like tray of coffee old worn Bar staff were helpful and good service

It’s probably not fair to rate the reception based on my feeling when we arrived at 2:00 am, jet lagged and tired. I am a Marriott Rewards member, and I felt my question over breakfast in the morning was a simple one that could be addressed immediately. The staff member politely told me that he would need to check with his supervisor in the morning. Even though the request was granted in the morning, my experience with the reception staff has been one of polite efficiency. We just came from a week in Doha at a different hotel chain where I felt the staff was delighted to see us every time. The warm fuzzies seem to be missing, but everything else has been wonderful.

Checking in was NOT pleasant, staff not helpful at all. Checking out was excellent, I thank you for the courtesy.

The hotel is in a lovely historic building. It feels very elegant and is well located with respect to local attractions.

Plumbing is horrible there is no water pressure coming out to the shower. Shower door was leaking water got all over the bathroom floor. We changed rooms because rooms have not been updated and look decades old. Carpet is old. Bath and soap products are cheap and horrible for the skin and smell bad. I had to go and buy hand soap and shower soap from nearby stores very inconvenient.

Best location in Yerevan! Loved everything about this property. Home away from home.

The rooms look shabby and a 5-star hotel at all. Food is delivered after hour+ The hair dryer is to be requested and the waiting time is 40+ minutes.

Wonderful location and the staff was amazing.

Service was absolutely amazing. Staff went above and beyond to help out.
