きれいな部屋と親切なスタッフで、外国の地で安らげる場所でした。 フロント横には観光予約の窓口もあり、サンセットクルーズを予約できました。 親切なスタッフがいることが何よりの強みと思います。

部屋は狭いですが、網戸があり殺虫剤もあります。ウォーターフロントなので虫は少し居ますが、部屋での蚊の心配はありません。

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。ただ川辺なのでどうしても小さな虫は居ます。部屋には殺虫剤があり、網戸もあるので部屋内での蚊の心配はないかと。 街中から離れてるので、コンビニやスーパーでの買い物は難しく、レストランでの飲食になります。

名前の通り、川辺にある宿。併設のレストランの料理はおいしく、量も価格も手頃でした。 油断してたら、猿に朝食を食べられてしまった。

ホテル内にオプショナルツアーを取り扱っている旅行代理店が入っていて、いろいろなアクティビティを申し込むのは便利です。ただ、私が参加したサンセットクルーズは、60ドルという料金を考えるとちょっと高いかな？という気がします。ただし、飲み放題、食べ放題ですので、胃袋に自信のある方は、満足できるかもしれません。ところで部屋の中はもちろん、外も蚊がとても多いです。蚊取り線香は昼間から焚いていました。虫よけスプレーも必携アイテムです。

パーマネントテントに泊まりましたが、安くてのんびりできて、非常に良かったです。 雨が降った時に、窓を開けたままだったのでマットが濡れてしまいましたが、 それ以外は快適でした。

ザンベジ川のほとりに位置し、川を眺めながらお酒を楽しんだりゆっくり本を読んだりと環境はとても良いです。また、アクティビティ関連は全部ホテルの2階にあるツアーデスクで予約できるし、タクシー呼べばぼったくりなどしない良心的な方ばかりでしたので、レンタカーなど借りずとも十分満喫できます。 ここでは問題点をいくつか。 1、Wi-Fiが1時間単位で有料(30クワチャ) いちいち1時間単位でＩＤとパスワードを購入する為非常に面倒 いまどきWi-Fiくらい無料にしとけと。 2、部屋のベッドにダニがいてまともに眠れない ちょうどキャンプ用のマットを持参していたのでそれを引いて寝ましたが、それでもそこからはみ出た腕など複数ダニに食われて痒くてたまらない！ 3、朝食が毎朝同じメニュー 3泊しましたが3泊ともまったく同じメニューでした。 さすがに飽きるわ。 4、部屋にエアコンはなく扇風機のみ 暑くて死にそうでした。 1泊3万円近いホテルにしては、ありえない問題を抱えています。 スタッフの笑顔や対応の良さは満足でしたが、上記であげた問題くらいは解決してもらわないとこの料金は払えません。また利用するかと聞かれたら利用しませんね。

Adjacent to NP - 3 mo old Baby Rino with Mother - guarded by Rangers with AK-47s. Rifgt on the river - old school idyllic. Good breakfast included. Can't beat value.

A beautiful resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Property is conveniently located in Zambia for day trips such as touring Victoria Falls or going on Safari in Botswana.

Room was spacious and had a great river view with comfortable bed. Generally a nice stay but the bathroom needed a more thorough clean and the soap provided has a very unpleasant odour!

This place is a gem. I couldn’t believe how nice the rooms were for the price. Staff is friendly. Food is great. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Waterfront und fanden alles prima. Von der Sunset Cruise, dem Game Drive und dem Transfer ist alles prima gelaufen. Alle Touren können vor Ort gebucht werden. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Perfect bij bezoek aan de watervallen, zeer gastvrij, er staan bordjes dat je uit moet kijken voor de krokodil en de krokodil ligt ook echt in de vijver. Geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor safari's en bezoek aan beide kanten van de Victoria waterval.

A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as airport transfer. It's probably a bit cheaper finding taxis outside of the hotel, but this was definitely a convenient option. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the pizzas 🍕 I would definitely stay again!!

Super location on the Banks of the Zambezi, with spectacular African sunsets as you dine. Great value for money compared to its neighbours! Very friendly attentive staff. Only slight gripe, and it might not have been the Hotels fault was that the WiFi tended to drift in and out. But overall fantastic value for money.
