ビーチビューの部屋に４泊+レイトチェックアウトの滞在でした。 ホテル前の海の透明度はそこそこ良好です。 ビーチチェアは十分にありますが、いい場所や屋根付のところは朝７時くらいから徐々に埋まっていきますので、朝起きたら散歩がてら早目の確保をオススメします。 基本的に砂の浅瀬が続き、波打ち際から20ｍくらいのところにある岩礁には魚が結構いました。 無料のエクスカーションは、ホテルから至近のポイントでの、シュノーケリングとグラスボトムを利用。 基本的に前日までの予約との事でしたが、間際でも空きがあれば可能でした。 物売りの方が来ますが、軽く断ればしつこく無いです。購入する方も結構いました。 食事については、日ごとの大きな変化はあまりありませんので、長期滞在の方だと飽きてしまうかもしれません。 予約必須のビーチレストランのディナーは、予約を取れるだけ取っておいた方がいいと思いました。 ブッフェディナーと大きな差があります。（４泊中１回しか取れず・・・） ドレスコードはスマートカジュアルです。がっちりではありませんが入り口でチェックされます。 最終日は少しの追加料金でレイトチェックアウトをお願いしました。 スパで使用する部屋を使わせてくれます。 チェックアウトは１１時なので、その後のランチやドリンクはひとまず交渉して込みにして頂きました。 ゆっくりと過ごせる、素敵なホテルでした。

Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation.

Notre chambre située au RDC était très pratique proche du restaurant de la piscine et de la plage. Le personnel aux petits soins très sympathique et bienveillant. La pension complète en formule buffet était parfaite avec un grand choix culinaire. Cet hôtel a une magnifique architecture très bien intégrée à une nature luxuriante. Beaucoup d’espace et une grande plage magnifique. Couchers de soleil époustouflants. Plusieurs activités nautiques à disposition et comprises dans l’hébergement.

Personnel adorable, très aidant, partout. Chambre très calme, grande et agréable, jardin magnifique, lagon super plein de poissons à voir, activité amusante. Les spectacles sont un peu trop orientés danse à mon goût, mais de qualité quand même.

We spent a fantastic two weeks at Tamassa Bel Ombre. The team were warm, attentive and consistently professional, and both the restaurants and buffet were excellent throughout our stay. The themed evenings were a real highlight, particularly the Mauritian night, which beautifully captured the spirit and flavours of the island. The beachfront location is ideal for long, peaceful walks, and the lagoon is perfect for snorkelling – highly recommended. The spa facilities are well maintained and a great place to unwind. It’s also conveniently positioned for exploring the main tourist attractions across the island. A very well-run resort in a superb setting.

Joli hôtel avec de belles structure, piscines, chambres...etc mais l'organisation est à revoir. Nous avons été déçus pourtant le personnel est charmant.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the drinks crafted by Vignesh at the restaurant were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Dålig städning av rummen, våra glas diskades inte under hela vistelsen. Minibar och vatten fylldes inte på. Trasiga solstolar. Ingen servering vid solstolarna så man fick gå långt för att hämta dryck. Långa köerna i barer där det bara fanns en enda bartender och resterande anställda tittar bara på. Återkommande fel i bar och restaurangbeställningar. Hotellet säljer day pass till locals vilket bildar köer till foodtruck och barer. Sammanfattningsvis så är servicen urusel. Vi åker gärna tillbaka till Mauritius men inte till detta hotellet.

From the onset the front office staff at the welcome desk was incapable of checking us in without friction. The lady who showed us the room was very apathetic ans seemed uninterested in helping us in a professional manner. The restaurant staff also made us feel like we were in their way. They refused us to sit where we like and insisted that we sit on an 'appropriate' table suited for our family. There was also not a good view in the restaurant which made it feel very enclosed. In the evenings, there is a dress code, but the waiters looks unneat themselves (dirty shioes etc). The room was fine. There are better value propositions in Mauritius. Avoid if you can.
