ビーチビューの部屋に４泊+レイトチェックアウトの滞在でした。 ホテル前の海の透明度はそこそこ良好です。 ビーチチェアは十分にありますが、いい場所や屋根付のところは朝７時くらいから徐々に埋まっていきますので、朝起きたら散歩がてら早目の確保をオススメします。 基本的に砂の浅瀬が続き、波打ち際から20ｍくらいのところにある岩礁には魚が結構いました。 無料のエクスカーションは、ホテルから至近のポイントでの、シュノーケリングとグラスボトムを利用。 基本的に前日までの予約との事でしたが、間際でも空きがあれば可能でした。 物売りの方が来ますが、軽く断ればしつこく無いです。購入する方も結構いました。 食事については、日ごとの大きな変化はあまりありませんので、長期滞在の方だと飽きてしまうかもしれません。 予約必須のビーチレストランのディナーは、予約を取れるだけ取っておいた方がいいと思いました。 ブッフェディナーと大きな差があります。（４泊中１回しか取れず・・・） ドレスコードはスマートカジュアルです。がっちりではありませんが入り口でチェックされます。 最終日は少しの追加料金でレイトチェックアウトをお願いしました。 スパで使用する部屋を使わせてくれます。 チェックアウトは１１時なので、その後のランチやドリンクはひとまず交渉して込みにして頂きました。 ゆっくりと過ごせる、素敵なホテルでした。

Takes 40 minutes plus to check in or out. Water sports centre is pretty useless - book at least 48 hours in advance for anything. Book full board if you go here. Food is mediocre and expensive. Beach is really nice and it is close to the helicopter experience

Expansive property. Excellent private beach. Sumptuous breakfast. Pleasant staff. Rooms a bit dated and power went off several times at night during our last night there. Otherwise, an exceptional stay.

Très belle hôtel idéal pour les familles les chambres ne sont pas au même standing que le reste de l'hôtel mais correct.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Tamassa. Les mauriciens très serviables et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Si je devais suggérer des améliorations, ca serait une meilleure coordination des équipes et une nourriture plus saine.

Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly. Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options. The desserts are not very good, though. They could perhaps improve on the bar facilities, the cocktails do not look or taste like proper cocktails. Also, during the day, they have only one burger van and ice cream place, which is great, but perhaps, again, maybe like a bar with few snacky options, closer to the beach sunbeds. However, over all, we felt same and welcomed, would come back again 🙏

Generally the staff were great - 90 percent of them were lovely - just when we needed help to book an extra night or late checkout it was flatly refused. It is off season so felt a bit wrong. We like the value for money aspect of a well positioned hotel - lovely beach etc.

Könige“, die dieses Hotel grundlos schlechtreden:Ich würde zu gerne die Paläste in eurer Heimat sehen!Es ist unfassbar,dass manche Menschen selbst im Paradies nur das Haar in der Suppe suchen.Mein guter Rat:Bleibt das nächste Mal einfach zu Hause.Das Hotel ist wunderschön,live sogar noch beeindruckender als auf den Bildern!Großartiger Service:Das Essen ist sehr lecker.Ein absolutes Highlight:Trotz Check-out um 11:00 Uhr darf man dank All-Inclusive den restlichen Abreisetag komplett kostenfrei weiter essen u. trinken.Dass man beim Bestellen kurz unterschreiben muss,ist eine hervorragende u. stilvolle Lösung–tausendmal besser,als zwei Wochen lang mit einem Plastikbändchen am Arm herumzulaufen.Das Zimmer u. das Bad (mit Dusche und Eckwanne) sind herrlich groß.Ja, ab und zu zieht ein Geruch aus der Kanalisation hoch–aber wir befinden uns hier in Afrika.Da öffnet man das Fenster u. die Sache ist erledigt.Das ernsthaft zu kritisieren,ist unverschämt,denn alles andere bietet puren Luxus (inklusive modernem 4K-TV mit RTL).Der Strand ist in Ordnung u. es gibt genug Liegen.Wer bemängelt,dass man für die Toiletten oder den Handtuchwechsel ein paar Schritte gehen muss,ist schlichtweg faul.Hinweis:Es gibt stärkere Strömungen und kaum Korallen,dafür aber eine tolle Vielfalt an Fischen!Wer Mauritius u. seine Natur zu schätzen weiß,wird dieses Hotel lieben.Wer hingegen klinischen deutschen Standard sucht,sollte daheimbleiben!Ich fand es klasse!

Quite average, we only stayed here as we had a lot of activities do in the south of the island and were out and about most days. Only complaints I have is the gecko problem as they can be quite distressing to see during the night. Was unable to sleep as they kept making noises and made me very uncomfortable during the night so had a few restless nights unfortunately. Staff were really helpful but they may need to be more through when cleaning typical gecko hiding spots

The cleaning service was not very good and staff was not helpful. The prices for food are very high and there is no other restaurant closer to resort. You will have to eat there unless you travel 30-45 mins away. They charge 7 percent for money exchange as well. Basically anything you want nothing is going to come out with some kind of fees.

Diese wunderschöne Hotelanlage ist wunderbar eingerichtet und bietet drei Pools, viel Grün und einen schönen Strand. Das Meer ist einfach fantastisch, mit kristallklarem Wasser, das sich perfekt zum Schnorcheln eignet, obwohl die Strömung manchmal etwas stärker sein kann. Wir waren mit drei weiteren Pärchen im Hotel und hatten All-Inclusive gebucht. Das Angebot war vielfältig und jeder konnte sich gut verpflegen. Man sollte jedoch keine europäischen Standards erwarten, da im Restaurant viele Vögel herumfliegen und sich an nicht weggeräumten Tellern die Reste schmecken lassen, was leider zu einer gewissen Unordnung führt. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit, aber viele Mitarbeiter kamen ihren Aufgaben nicht immer nach, weil der Eindruck entstanden ist, dass es einfach Menschen sind, die diesen Job nie gemacht haben. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in diesen zwei Wochen sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten mehrere Ausflüge auf der Insel gemacht und mit den beschriebenen Mängeln sind wir gut klargekommen.

Gewisse Dinge schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und stets bemüht.

Locations was good, room was clean, but lots of ants and lizards around the rooms, staff were friendly, but lots of restrictions, my daughter came to visit I paid extra charges for few hours, food was included in our package but they charge for water and all other non alcoholic beverages

Very slow service. Poor management.

Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation.

Points forts pour la nourriture et les espaces communs très beaux (piscines, plage, infrastructures) Point négatif pour la chambre qui est vieillissante, le lit est à ressort donc nous avons mal dormi : pas à la hauteur du standing du reste de l’hôtel Le personnel est très sympathique
