受付が暗い。シャワーに仕切りなくトイレ 水浸し。 アリ が多数 社員教育がなっていない。

This resort is the best we have ever stayed at. At check-in we received an incredibly personable welcome which included a welcome drink & fruit. We were driven by golf cart from reception to our room with our bags. Our room overlooked 1 of the many swimming pools in the resort and was a 1 1/2 minute walk to the beach and main pool & restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and is offered at 2 different restaurants on either side of the resort. The breakfast has many options for everyone, eggs to your liking, crepes and fruit etc. The beach and pool areas are well kept and looked after very frequently. Staff are around to help and get drinks/ snacks. Our room was divine, with a huge king size bed, aircon and the bathroom was really large with seperate shower and bath. Mini Bar was well stocked. We were given a free bottle of champagne and fruit platter with our package through Expedia. We did the breakfast only option, if you do this option it is better not to eat other meals at the hotel, as they are very pricy and not great. Better quality food on the street very near by (such as Souvenir, La Marmite Mauricienne, L'ananas, House of India and the food vans in the park at the entrance to the public beach in Trou Aux Biches). The hotel was extremely clean, room cleaned twice a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great hotel for everyone, at all ages (including young families). The water sports are all included, including snorkelling and pedal boats.

High value for family or group stay.But if looking for calm stay such as honeymooon,not recommended because local people who want to sell souvenior or marine attraction, and playing football in the beach are messy despite private beach.That is disappointment.

全体として、敷地がかなり広いので、移動が面倒と言えば面倒ではある。 食事の水準はマズマズ満足出来るものだったが、インド料理・タイ料理・イタリアンの各レストランがいずれもコースだったのが少し残念。 レストラン関係で難点は、異常に直ぐに食器を下げようとする点。 ペースをかき乱されるようだし、ゆっくり食事に集中出来ず、これはマイナス点。 あと、ランドリーが高めなのと、complimentaryの水が初日の1本だけというのも些か不親切な印象。 また、キッズクラブに一人しか常駐しおらず、eventで外に出てしまうとその時間は施設が使えないと言うのも、正直ホテル都合でいい思いはしなかった。 いくつかnegativeな点を挙げましたが、これら以外は概ね満足でした。

Everything was 1st class. Excellent room, staff always available to make guests happy, beautiful setting and many amenities in this large resort. May not be good for someone who would like a more intimate experience.

Fint rum, otroligt vacker resort på stranden.

Flott hotell, rett på stranda. Vi hadde tropical jr suite, stort rom med utedusj i tillegg til innedusj og badekar. Rent og pent.

Second time staying that Trou au Biches and it is still a great and beautiful faculty. But the staff could be friendlier. We noticed many times that the staff will take forever to get back to us. And I hated how we were always neglected compared to other tables. When you are a Black family, it makes you wonder if your treatment is because of your color and that is extremely unpleasant to experience such.

Top Hotel, top Lage, schlechter Service.

La chambre était très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec une superbe douche extérieure. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : chacun, qu’il s’agisse de la réception, des restaurants, du room service, de l’entretien des espaces verts ou encore de la sécurité, fait preuve de professionnalisme, de bienveillance et d’une grande attention. Toujours souriants et chaleureux, ils contribuent à rendre le séjour inoubliable. L’hôtel mérite sans hésitation un 10/10, tant pour la qualité de ses installations que pour l’excellence de son service. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et recommande vivement cet établissement.

Hôtel magnifique sur une plage de rêve. Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre de base très grande. Chaque îlot de chambres a sa propre piscine. Serviette de plage disponible sur place. Transat et parasol sur la plage Immense piscine centrale Différents restaurants disponibles Le restaurant de base de la demi-pension est sous forme de buffet. Un buffet à thème différent chaque jour. Très bon. Beaucoup de choix chaque jour. Sports nautiques possibles À 1h de l’aéroport Situation idéale pour le beau temps (nord de l’île)

Un endroit paradisiaque avec un service et un confort exceptionnel

Had a brilliant stay at this amazing resort. Excellent hospitality and staff were brilliant. We stayed there for 7 days and would have enjoyed staying longer as there were so many different activities and things at the resort . We were there to attend a wedding and it was amazing.

Nice hotel set in a beautiful location on a powder white beach. Unfortunately the hotel lacks ambience, we found the staff quite miserable and not freindly. We definitely would not recommend or stay there again.

A beautiful beach resort with several dining options and very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was located just next to the beach for easy access. The resort was like a botanical garden and the beach was clean, easily accessed and not too busy. We stayed in a refurbished 3 bedroom villa with pool which was stunning. We had a personal contact, Kamlesh, who helped us with restaurant reservations, taxis and snorkelling. The latter is offered free by the hotel. He even drove us to a local supermarket to get supplies which was very kind and much appreciated. We had the most amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Séjour incroyable au paradis. Tout était parfait, la chambre, les resto, les piscines, la plage, le cadre.. une semaine de rêve que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !!!

Fantastic hotel with great food and customer service.

A beautiful resort. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. Beach was clean and safe. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. We played padel and tennis. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.
