観光の中心地に立地していたので、アクセスが良かった。部屋は広々として過ごしやすくホテル内部も高級感があり、スタッフの方も親切で申し分なかった。

城壁に囲まれたような旧市街地の中にあり、歴史の重みを感じるホテルでした。 部屋や設備も申し分なく、特に絨毯を敷き詰め豪華な装飾の細長い廊下が印象的でした。

Amazing hotel in Old Kotor. We had a suite with fantastic views of the wall and old city. The breakfast is amazing. They have a great gym but they left the windows opened so it was very hot in there even though I asked twice to close them and turn on the air conditioning. That is my only complaint.

The staff was very helpful and always willing to provide assistance and guidance, location was perfect and food at the restaurants was very nice too. Can get a bit loud at night on weekends due to party atmosphere

Parking is terrible. The communication is terrible.

Cero empatía al huésped, el servicio del personal, es malo 1. Desde que llegamos nos dieron la peor ubicación de la habitación, teníamos en la parte de abajo de nuestra ventana, la pantalla de la TV del bar de afuera, y como transmitían los juegos de fut bol, eran muchos gritos afuera, y no pudimos abrir las ventanas , pedimos que aunque nos cobraran más, nos cambiaran. Y de mala gana nos dijeron que no. 2. En la noche, bajó mi esposa a sentarse en la sala de la recepción, y un sr grande (como de 55 años) del staff del hotel, se la pasó asomándose, y cuidando a mi esposa, como si fuera a dañar algo 3. Posteriormente , a la mañana siguiente el mismo señor, corrió de manera grosera a mi esposa, de una terraza con mesas que está junto al restaurante , ya que mi esposa creyó que ahí servían el desayuno 4. Un día nos fuimos a desayunar, y dejamos el letrero de no molestar, ya que había dejado mi dinero, y cosas de valor sobre la cama; y resulta que estaba una House Keeping adentro La ubicación del Hotel, la habitación, y el edificio son buenos. Lástima del servicio malo

Good place to stay and very friendly staff

Nice room, breakfast and an amazing and very well equipped gym

Excellent varied breakfast offerings, comfortable bedding and incredibly friendly helpful staff. They helped us arrange car service from our previous hotel in Albania and to the Dubrovnik airport, and even found us a driver to drop us off snd pick us up at a trailhead in the National Park. The restaurant is friendly but the food is only so-so. The location inside the old city is stunning. This was a great find!

Fabulous historic boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Kotor.

Hotel Cattaro is fabulous! I love that it's in Old Towne Kotor and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our ride back to Zagreb cancelled the night before our departure and I was panicked! The staff members were awesome, took the helm and ensured our transfer happened. I felt like hugging them! Thank you for a wonderful stay. If I ever return to Kotor, I'll definitely stay at the Cattaro Hotel! Kandace Mulvaney P.S. Amazing views of the old town from our balcony!

Gorgeous hotel built into the city walls. No elevator, though! AC was awesome, as was food.

The staff in the breakfast room were not very helpful, their service was bad, the lack of a nightstand next to the beds was among the shortcomings, other than that, we were satisfied. The hotel's location and balcony were very good.

A very nice hotel

Staff helped myself and I with all sorts of issues efficiently including advice on public transport etc. The hotel was beautiful in a traditional yet stately way. Very in keeping with the history and location of the place. Fantastic views over the bustling square from the room and the breakfast terrace although you couldn’t hear a sound with the windows closed. It was very hot when we went in August but the room was always beautifully cool and air conditioning fab. We really felt we were part of Kotor old town here. Loved it.
