Booked for a Pool View Room, was offered a Room facing a wall and trees (see first picture), had to complain, call hotels.com, and wait for 2h to get a proper Pool View Room (second picture) Same issue next day at the restaurant, was proposed a terrible table by the road, furthest possible from the beach, asked for a beach table as there were 3 available, had to insist 3 times as the staff were complaining these tables were not ready, in the end took them 2mins to get them ready…

I'm a disabled veteran that enjoys a drama free environment. This is my second time staying at Mango Bay and the staff is unbelievable! They are friendly, polite, and pay attention to detail! I will always recommend this location to friends and family.

The staff was welcoming and very friendly and attentive. We had a great week and lots of relaxing. Variety of options for activities and not having to think about your food or drinks was a good option for us. Would definitely recommend them!

The staff was simply amazing. The facility is showing its age, but still well kept and the staff works very hard to keep it clean. A very private and queit place to relax. Not a booming party place...look elsewhere for that. Not a complaint, it was a welcome relief!

First the good...Food and drinks excellent. Beach is beautiful and convenient. The waiters on beach are great and i like the flag system they use for service. Bad...took me a day and a half to get a beach towel. Not told about activities or even how to get to our room. No map to help navigate the resort, not that it is big but it would have been helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. All in all good stay.

Mango Bay is an excellent resort that caters to the individual who wants to relax and enjoy the beach. Outstanding accommodations with a superb staff. We had a great time! Will book again

The food was great but could have included a few more local dishes. The bed was cery compatible

Staff was friendly but inconsistent. The front desk staff (Noel) that greeted us failed to mention all the activities that were provided on the resort resulting in me and my mom missing out on several activities bored to death all day in the resort. The food too was not consistently good. Food was mid at best. We went around the corner many nights for Chinese Food. Beware of the singing frogs at night, if you are one who us usually bothered by noise, you will be annoyed. I would recommend this resort if you are 60 years and old and just want to relax. It is NOT a turn up, music blasting, twerking resort. If you want peace and quiet, mediocre food, outdated rooms (plumbing sucks), and far from everything, then this resort is perfect for you. I may go back in 20-30 years.

The property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff is amazing, Maxine, Damien and Shondale were great. They went above and beyond with their service.

Food wasn’t good at all; went with 7 ppl and everyone complained. Super small property, limited activities.

A perfect place to relax, unfortunately there is building work taking place next door which is out of the hotel’s control. We had four nights there and that was just right, anything longer for us would have been too long. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with the exception of the water sports team who appeared to go out of their way to be unhelpful and surly. They acted like they were doing you a favour when most of the time they were not. The captain was the only decision maker and he was hardly ever there. The Sunday night karaoke at TML One Love just outside the hotel is such good fun. Wear comfy shoes because you’ll probably be standing al night. Book the free catamaran trip with the hotel, you will see turtles, and the serve rum punch. Have fun.

The staff were excellent. However, they only have 1 restaurant. The food they served for dinner was very small. And they only served hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. We did not take advantage of the all inclusive options for lunch and dinner. I recommend going to a different restaurant for dinner. Shower needs to be updated.

Liked the smaller size of the hotel. Staff was exceptional. Great stay for us.

We loved Mango Bay! The people are incredible. They go out of their way to make your vacation extra soecial. The beach was beautiful, clean and safe. The food was amazing! The rooms spacious and clean. Nightly entertainment was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

If you are looking for a quiet resort this is for you. The guests seem to be 70+. We had an issue with one of the waitstaff being extremely rude but that was rectified quickly by management. There is only one restaurant but they did a fantastic job with the variety of food.

Definitely the best resort in Barbados. Incredible beach with 2 reefs right next to the shore that you can snorkel in. Highly recommend bringing a snorkel. Tons of beach chairs and towel service as well. Restaurant is awesome, it is a-la-carte and has a different menu every night. Food and service is excellent and the restaurant has a clear view of the ocean. Live Music every night during and after dinner. Pool is pretty good, bartenders are fun and talented, will bring you drinks on request. Very nice and clean bedrooms with large patios and good turndown service.
