スタッフが皆さん、とてもフレンドリーで親切。何かリクエストすると、すぐに対応してくれました。施設もとても清潔でした。 朝食はビーチサイドのカフェで、フルーツの盛合せとパン、マフィンのコンチネンタルbreakfast。とても気持ちが良かったです。プライベートビーチにはパラソルやブランコ、ビーチベッド、ビーチタオルが用意されています。お酒と軽食のあるビーチバーもあります。ホテルの敷地を出てすぐの場所に、お水やビール、ちょっとしたお菓子等が売っているお店や地元のバーレストランがあります。ビーチ沿いにたくさんのレストランやバー、カフェがあり、徒歩で色々なお店に行くことができます。 部屋のアメニティは、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディシャンプー、ボディローション、石鹸、シャワーキャップとコーヒーでした。 施設内には小さなジムと屋外プールとジャグジーがあります。ただ、海が遠浅でとても綺麗なので、あまりプールを利用している人はいませんでした。 ホテルから車で約5分程の場所に、大型スーパーがあります。 とにかく、スタッフが皆さん親切でフレンドリー、とてもよくサービスしてくれること、ホテルがとても綺麗で清潔であることに、主人も私も大満足でした。 また、利用したいと思いました。

Rooms were large with the attached patio, bedroom, separate basin area then the toilet and shower. Ours of course could use some updating but it was everything we needed. It was kept tidy by the staff. Hotel is situated in the middle of seven mile beach which is nice and easy for walking either direction. The biggest issue was the lack of food available at the resort. The breakfast was eggs on two days out of seven. Then just bacon and toast. Also they ran out of ice for several days. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs with in their hotels very limited services.

Staff very courteous especially Ralph who was very helpful. First room safe didn’t work so had to move. Second room internet charging didn’t work but luckily I had my own adaptor which did work. Carey at the bar also super nice and helpful.

Food and beverages are expensive. Pool was dirty for two weeks. Vacuumed once. Old and gross day beds at beach area. Non padded beach lounger’s. No ice machine.

Sandy Haven went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great vacation. Extremely clean,friendly staff, and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Partial ocean view. Cozy,comfy with a touch of art. Room is spacious, bonus a large balcony. Smart TV with a large screen.

Pool and hot tub were not clean, continental breakfast was lacking everyday. Staff were friendly, rooms were properly cleaned. Many of the beach umbrellas were broken.

Clean rooms great staff. Right on the beach. Our second time at the resort and we are planning to return again.

this was my second stay at sandy haven and I can't begin to tell you how fabulous it was. I had the best room at the resort "111", roll out of bed and the oven is merely steps away. the staff goes above and beyond to assure you have whatever it is that you need. andre, our bartender makes the best Pina colada ever. if you are planning a trip to Jamaica don't pass by the sandy haven you won't regret it..

Cozy and central

We stayed at the property for a week in June. Let's start with the good. SH staff is exceptional, professional, friendly, and more than the ownership deserves. They did their absolute best under the circumstances. Special shout out to Edward, Ron, Raffie, Chantal, and Keon, but the entire staff was awesome. Ownership needs to step up their game as far as property maintenance. Especially considering the price point. During our previous stays in 2017 and 2018 the property was immaculate and fresh. Today, it is worn down. Issues with the room(s). We arrived to a room with no AC in the middle of June. One of the double sinks was not operating correctly. Once Edward, the front desk attendant, managed to resolve the issue with the AC, we discovered that while it was functioning it would not adjust. The room quickly became the artic tundra. No hot water as the hotel was waiting on a gas delivery that day. Hot water was either non existent or inconsistent throughout our stay. Day 2. Ron was kind enough to upgrade us to an ocean front room! He was attentive to our issues and incredibly responsive. Room upgrade. Wifi on the TV was a constant struggle when it worked. The door did not have a door knob, so opening/closing and locking the door was another struggle. The AC while functioning leaked causing a bubble in the paint that eventually exploded all over my bed. The ocean front view was blocked by unkempt trees (so glad i didn't actually pay for it).

This was my first trip to Jamaica; therefore, I have no comparisons with other hotels. My stay was also during the off-season, so I do not know what would have been different. The staff were friendly and willing to address any concerns. I'm not a pessimistic, nitpicking individual, and I did not go looking for deficiencies or for everything to be as accommodating as in the U.S. I went to Negri and Sandy Haven Resort to enjoy the experience, my friends, and have a relaxing vacation. That is exactly what I did! I hope to return.

I recently completed my third stay at Sandy Haven, and while I’ve had great experiences in the past, this visit was unfortunately disappointing. Previously, beach security—especially Sinclair—helped ensure a peaceful environment by minimizing harassment from vendors. This time, we were repeatedly approached while relaxing on the beach, and a simple “no thank you” was often not enough. It disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. Additionally, the included continental breakfast with mimosas was only fully available on three of my six days. No champagne was available on the other days, and no alternatives were offered. While most staff were friendly, a few seemed disinterested or unhelpful when responding to basic questions. I understand it’s off-season, but the overall service felt below the usual standard I’ve come to expect. I appreciate the experiences I’ve had at Sandy Haven and hope this feedback helps improve future guest stays.

Insgesamt gut! Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, trotzdem noch wirklich gut.

It was a fun getaway!

Love the location and the staff is wonderful! Cons...toilet didn't flush and shower was basically a trickle of water. (Friends there at same time did not have this problem)
