スタッフの対応、居心地のよさ、小さなホテルなので落ち着いて過ごせる

La chambre est juste magnifique. La vue est sublime. Le lit est très grand et confortable. La salle de douche est séparée des toilettes ce qui est top. Dans l ensemble plutôt calme jusqu'à 7h du matin. La piscine est superbe et les lits de terrasse très agréables Le petit déjeuner le matin est très complet et diversifié. Un petit endroit de paradis pas très loin du centre, à 15 min à pied.

Lovely hotel with great views and friendly staff. Big rooms with stunning setting.

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are low quality. Very old decor with bits of the wall & ceiling filled in with filler. The air conditioning didn't work. There were exposed wires. Rusty handles. Bathroom shower water temperature was irregular. Bedsheets were old, unironed and they weren't changed regularly. Swimming pool isn't cleaned and hotel guests rarely go in the pool. We had to sometimes ask for towels. The manager says the rooms are fully booked and say they can change the next day, but it didn't happen. This was the same opinion of another guest. Hotel staff are generally nice. The breakfast is decent. The dinner is also good. The hotel food overall is good quality. Santa Maria is around 15 mins walk from the hotel. The road to the hotel is sandy. The environment around the hotel is like a building site. Santa Maria beach is 20-25 minutes walk.

La prise en charge des bagages à l’arrivée est insuffisante (pas de bagagiste, absence d’aide pour porter les bagages). L’horaire du Check-in qui n’est pas respecté : à 15h, il faut que la chambre soit prête. Le lit 1 place qui est compris dans la réservation doit être un véritable lit adulte 1 place et non pas un lit d’enfant.

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, welche sehr gross und einen grosszügigen Balkon hat. Das Zimmer war bei der Übernahme jedoch schmutzig. Der Zimmerboden war eklig. Auch nach dem Beanstanden an der Reception wurde nichts unternommen. Die Toilette hat immer nach Kanalisation geriecht und duschen konnte ich in 4 Tagen nur einmal warm.. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringen renoviert werden

Overall, the hotel is ok. The rooms were clean. The food was average. The coffee was bad. The front desk staff were good. The cabanas were good. The pool is good, but closes early. The hotel has no beach. All the activity, including beach, restaurants and shops are in the centre of Santa Maria, about a 20 minute walk. But biggest problem for me was that for every purchase at the restaurant or bar I have to pay each time, with cash or credit card. I would be happy to prepay or pay for the charges at the end of my stay.

Das Frühstück war sensationell umfangreich und das Personal sowohl unaufdringlich als auch sehr freundlich. Die direkte Umgebung ist zwar nicht so umwerfend ( unbefestigte Straße, quasi kein Zugang zum Meer ), aber nach 15 Minuten Fußweg ist man mitten in der Stadt.

The staff were always happy and willing to help. In particular the staff in the restaurant were so helpful and worked very hard to ensure the best experience possible. The hotel is out of the way which is nice if you like the peace and quiet however if you want to walk into the town and to the beaches then it is about a 10 minute walk. No issues with the breakfast which had been noted on some reviews and the half board menu was not as bad either.

Amazing staff, food and hotel.

Loved my stay at the Budha. Lovely location. Great staff ( especially Stefani at reception and Cindi in the bar/restaurant. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Cape Verde.

Lovely resort hotel away from the crowd. Clean room, very hot water (be careful!), and comfortable bed. Easy access to the beach, but no sun loungers on the beach, just access. Lovely lounger set up around the (unheated) pool. Tasty breakfast and lunch options, but expensive (breakfast is included). Very nice reception staff and polite and responsive dining staff. Overall a tranquil oasis for relaxing.

Fint hotell om man, som vi, inte är så fortjusta i de där stora hotellkomplexen. Hotellet har 37 rum och ligger ungefär 15 min promenad från centrala Santa Maria. Vill man ta taxi kostar det 5 euro. Helt ok frukost och maten i hotellets restaurang var alltid god och vällagad. Ibland fick man vänta ganska länge på sin beställning och det blev vid några tillfällen lite fel och missförtånd. När vi anlände till hotellet fick vi besked om att det var överbokat och rummet vi bokat och betalt för fanns inte tillgängligt. Vi bodde de första två nätterna i ett rum som var helt ok, men som sagt inte alls vad vi tänkt (havsutsikt och terass). De sista fem nätterna blev vi dock uppgraderade till en av hotellets fantastiskt fina sviter. Så vi var mycket nöjda med hotellets sätt att lösa problemet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Sehr anonym. Dennoch kaum private bzw. Wirklich Abgegrenzte Bereiche. Frühstück eher langweilig. Essen im Hotel sehr teuer.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me. The restaurant was excellent.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal,schöner Pool.Gepflegte Außenanlage.Große Zimmer mit TV,Minikühlschrank und guter Klimaanlage.Sehr empfehlenswert.
