We could leave our luggages at the concierge while we began to tour as we were too early for check-in. The female staff was friendly and shared the hotel 's bingo game with us for a chance to win souvenirs which we managed to win. The room was spacious, clean and has amenities like hair dryer, shower gel and towels. Room slippers are upon request.

Booked room for 4 pax, the room was spacious, we got plenty of beds for the 4 of us. There was even sofa and long table in the room and kitchen set. The toilet also spacious with 2 sink. The amenities in the room is great, the shampoo and conditioner is very soft and body soap is super cleansing. There is coin laundry at the lobby, so we can wash our clothing which save us our luggage space not bringing too many clothing. The room is very clean and bright which is an important point for me. The area is quite safe (not shady, dark) The only downside personally is that quite the walking distance to station (around 600-700 m, 15 mins walk). Walking from or to station with heavy luggage personally is quite painful. However, the hotel provide luggage delivery service. I delivered the luggage from hotel to next hotel in Kyoto costing only 2 K yen which arrives in 2 days. The receptionist can speak english, very friendly and helpful.

The apartment hotel is good, nice room but its a bit far if you want to look for mrt station maybe walking around 20 minutes to the nearest station
