総合評価とレビュー Dead Sea Spa Hotel

The staff that looks like Mr. Bean has too much attitude. I can't even book a bus. You look angry and disgusting. I will never go there again.

Receptionists were nicer than I expected (than other negative comments here). The prices of the hotels in this area are expensive comparing with other hotels in other cities. This hotel should provide better amenities such as soaps and shampoos. Even in Petra, they provide the dead sea mud soap and shampoos made in Jordan. This hotel provides normal amenities nothing related to the dead sea (made in China). and the shower / bathtub might have a structural problem. Mucch water from the shower splashed to the floor of the bath room and the floor was flooded even if I use the shower normally. The breakfast was typical buffet breakfast.

早朝から死海で浮遊体験ができました。プライベートビーチなので部屋から歩いて行けて便利です。

部屋が非常に暗く、カーテンを開けると外から中が丸見え。 結局カーテンを閉めっぱなしで終始部屋は暗い状態でした。 扉の開閉も子ども力では難しい程重く、そしてコツのいる扉でした

周辺の高級ホテルよりはリーズナブルで泊まれたが死海のプライベートビーチもあり、部屋も十分な広さがあって満足できた。

バスローブが無かった…

シービューのツインのお部屋を予約。ヒルトンの同じくシービューのツインのお部屋を見たが、ヒルトンよりは広くゆったりとしていた。ヒルトンに比べればホテルは全体に古い感じで部屋も同様であったが、問題になるほどではない。タオルは薄く使い古された感じがあった。一点気になったのは部屋中に小さなアリがおり、ベッドにもいたのは閉口した。特に洗面所に見られ、これは耐え難かったが、気にしなければ快適に滞在できた。アリがきになる人にはオススメしない。部屋によるかもしれないが。。。

場所はよかったですが、受付のスタッフのスキルに差がありすぎるように感じました。 対応の良い方もいれば、何をするにも面倒くさように返事対応をする方もいました。 また、チェックインして暫くすると、ant(蟻)を複数発見。 場所を特定をしましたが、どうもゴミ箱周辺に多数いました。 ダイヤル０番にて、駆除をお願いしましたが、待てど暮らせど担当スタッフが来ないので、 待つ時間のロスを考え、自ら対応することに。ゴミ箱をベランダに出し、列を成しているant(蟻)を ある方法にて、駆除しました。 またの機会に期待したい。

現地の休日の予約宿泊だったのですが、混雑のためチェックインに2時間以上待たされて、強い抗議の結果やっとチェックイン。どうやら現地人のルーズなチェックアウトと急がない国民性で掃除が追い付かない、且つ、現地人優先のチェックインをしていた様子。抗議をしなかったら、あと何時間待たされたことか。ヨルダンでは何事にもひるまず抗議しないとらちがあきませんので注意してください。 ホテルは家族、子供連れが多くにぎやかでしたが、日帰り客が帰れば落ち着いてきました。客室は清潔ですがアメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみなので、ほかは持参が必要。水は500cc1本／人ですので、事前に外で買ってくるほうがいいかもしれない。パブでは飲酒ができ、ハッピーアワーは半額でお得、ヨルダンでは珍しい生ビールがありました。リゾートホテルというより、現地人も来る観光ホテルです。

至って普通。そもそも死海に泊まる必要がない

施設は古いですがプールに死海のプライベートビーチもあり、過不足ありません。

ラマダン明けで家族ずれで混んでいたがホテルとしては素晴らしかった。しかし予約は海の見える部屋なのに何度言っても変えてくれない。レセプションが一人の時が多くとても対応できない。挙句に部屋はないと怒鳴っていた。ホテルズドオトコム社へ電話するも休日対応をしていない。こんなことでいいのか？

Love this place, their breakfast buffet is very n8ce, the walking distance to the private beach is less than 2 to 3 minutes

The room has odor from AC. The room lack of any hotel essentials ( no tissue in the room, no toothbrush, no slippers). The pool shower area not clean and doesn’t include any soups.

Great property on the Dead Sea with nice private beach complete with mud for full mud bath/ spa experience. Many pools including some adult only and a great pool for swimming laps. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent mixed grill meal. Lots of terrace areas to sit and enjoy the view or a quiet nook. I recommend it.

Hôtel bien situé mais moyen. Personnel pas très à l’écoute. Repas moyen. Cher pour la prestation

It's an excellent clean place. Great customer service. You will get more than you expect. very accommodating. Ibrahem at the front desk was helpful. The restaurant manager also was great and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Das Hotel ist an für sich nicht schlecht, aber ist nicht modern und bietet das Wasser kostenpflichtig an, was andere in der Umgebung selbstverständlich kostenlos anbieten.
