Always a pleasure to stay there from Staff professionalism at the front desk to restaurant with a keen eye for detail. I will likely stay there a third time when I go back to Luanda.

The staff was delightful, the food was delicious and since this was my first time in Angola ,this place makes me want to return next year for even a longer stay. ABRIGADO!!

Room was clean. Food was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and couteous. Location is very good!

The hotel is nice and the personnel very friendly and helpful. However the service in the Terrace Bar shall be improved because it is lowering the good level of the hotel

It’s a good hotel but there are many things to improve like a better training to the employees. The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. Thanks

Very friendly and attentive staff

The service at the hotel was great. The rooms are relatively clean. The breakfast could have greater choice And warm food-eggs were always cold. Definitely a place to consider when staying in Luanda since the hotel is very central.

Very good hotel in central Luanda. Not another hotel I would consider, in terms of value for money, efficiency and staff.

This hotel do not have good wifi and front desk staffs are not patient as well as the restaurant waitress are same in poor attitude

After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel provides decent, clean accommodation in the centre of town. The staff were very pleasant and helped me out with my requests. (Did some printing, gave me a late check out and found me a cab etc.) Admittedly I did have to ask for some things more than once but this is standard for Angola. It is a little annoying that you have to pay for every meal or make a pre-payment with the front desk. Wifi was OK.

como todo en Luanda es increiblemente costoso para lo que ofrece, el hotel es un 4 estrellas basico, las habitaciones son buenas, las instalaciones limpias y el servicio de alimentantacion es bueno aunque con poca variedad

Basic hotel. Good location. Staff needs to be friendlier. Poor wifi. One of the better hotels in Luanda.

No Issues during my stay central for business trip.
