aircon was not working. moved room 2 times during my 10 days stay because of aircon.

There were cold days when the showers were not easily heated. The air conditioner in the room could not be turned off and it was so cold. The location was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the beds are great

Not available WIFI in room and telephone also. I can not call to front desk from room.

The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again

I requested for my invoice on checking out and was told the printer had a fault and that I would I would get it that very same day. It‘s now 5 days later and haven’t received it.

Disgusting rooms, with cockroaches, broken and old furniture and unclean towels and bathrooms that were not cleaned and had to be cleaned in front of us. Staff were very nice, helpful and lovely, this neglect is to be placed on management/owners who are cost-cutting due to apparent financial difficulties.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht, weil wir von dort aus zum Flugplatz gefahren sind. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dort auch längere Zeit zu verbringen. Es liegt sehr schön. Hat eine große Anlage mit Infinity Pool und mehreren Restaurants mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Mombasa.

The room provided was not at all like the pictures. The air conditioner hardly worked. All the living & dining room furnishings were outdoor items. Towels were thread bare. Facilities need extreme maintenance.

No hot water in the morning and AC didn’t work very well. Otherwise a great location and loved the swimming pool.

Rooms were modern and clean, but way too small for the price....I think they should double the double rooms.way too small for a couple Felt cramped

Clean, good facilities, helpful staff, good vibes. If you want typical beach activities close by, this is not the hotel for you. If you want an excellent base to explore Mombasa from,then this is the one.

Breakfast set up wasn’t organized as it’s spread into many corners. It would be better if you have everything in one area that way you can easily make your choice. Some of the items are hidden in small corners. So the layout could be better organized.

The staff were wonderful the chap that checked me in was amazing (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). The driver and all the reception staff were great. But the real star was Beverley in the spa. So helpful and considerate. All in all the staff made my stay very pleasant. I have mobility issues and was so well looked after

The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was sumptuous. Lots of choices and good service. Excellent front desk staff. The reception area could use a renovation/repaint and some better lighting. Thankfully that is not a requirement for the excellent rooms. The restaurants on the property and the waterside bar are of disappointing quality. This wouldn’t be an issue if there were good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is good value.

This hotel was excellent. We enjoyed very much. We will go back and recommend to our friends and relatives.

Love the infinitypool. Asked for upgrade and got a 3 bedroom apt.again🙏

Everything was good. I really want it a room facing the ocean which I booked it for but and didn’t get it. Otherwise it was good.
