予約サイトからの予約が通っておらずしかも満室で泊まれなかった

予約時に空港への送迎を依頼し、確認のために前日にもメールで確認したが、当日迎えに来なかった 部屋へ入るとトイレのゴミ箱には前の宿泊者のゴミが残っていた。全体的に掃除ができていない また部屋の中には蚊が何十匹も飛んでいる　とてもアンバサダーグループとは思えない最低なホテルである

Location is great, but the building looks old and not clean. When I booked online breakfast was included ,but when i arrived ,I was told to pay for breakfast

Booked n paid 3 nights But only stay one night..only good thing about this place is the staff..

The rooms are old and their service is poor

The property has aged. In the room I stayed in, the sink was broken and you can tell it has been broken for some time. The towels were old, the internet was the worst I have had in ages.

I was very happy by the Hotel service

The staff was very welcoming and helpful at every step from booking until departure. They are very time conscious, the food is great and affordable. The rooms are clean and very comfy. The hotel offers very good value for money.

The hotel needs to be renovated/deep cleaned. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the showe. Water leaking from the ceiling. No air conditioning in the hotel, as advertised on the website.

Old building, the stuff is not very helpful. The only advantage is that is so close to the airport

The property is on a road and there is free airport transfer. Very nice. The restaurant staff are always changing rates...
