チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクで始まったコンシェルジュやレセプションの対応はフレンドリーでありながらも、丁寧でスタッフの質の高さを感じました。 お部屋のロケーションは最高です。 バスルームはシャワーとバスタブが分かれていて、洗面も２つありスペースも広く贅沢な造りです。客室もゆったりとしていて、静かで、まさに大人のリゾートです。 夕食が料金に含まれているプランで、毎夕同じレストランで取りましたが、毎日メニューがちがうので、じゅうぶんに楽しめました。レストランスタッフのサービスも良いです。 プールやプライベートビーチもきれいに手入れされており、警備員の方も至るところにいらっしゃるので、安全な空間になっていました。 個人的にどうしてもカゼラ ワールド オブ アドベンチャーで、ライオンと歩きたかったので、このホテルは近くて良かったです。

年末年始に4泊しました。 プラス点：スタッフが笑顔、親切。部屋が清潔。庭が丁寧に管理されていて美しい。モーリシャスには多い中国人などのアジア系の客が少ない。（年末年始滞在中、アジア系は私たち以外に一組だけで、日本人は見かけなかった。） マイナス点：朝・夕ともバイキングでしたが、味はイマイチ。ビーチにほんの少しゴミがあった。（全体的にまあ綺麗だが。）遠浅で岩が多く、泳ぐのには適していない。 このホテルの一番の良さは、スタッフです。 サイトの画像で見たよりもホテルの規模自体はこじんまりしていが、ゴージャスさはありません。よく管理された4つ星ホテルというイメージです。一番のマイナスポイントは食事です。（ただし、パンに飽きてしまった夫のために、特別に出ていないメニュー（フライドライス）やお醤油を用意してくれるなど、気にかけてくれた。） 豪華さや洗練さを求める方には違いますが、自然の素朴な感じ、温かいスタッフ、日本人はもちろんアジア系はいない点、他のホテルに比べると客室数が少なく人も多くない点などで、リラックスしたリゾートを満喫できました。

The accommodations and staff were great ! It’s a beautiful property, food in dining room was very good. We were able to take walks along the beach. Drawbacks would be that the beach was rough w shells but wearing water shoes helped. Wine was very expensive! We were warned but it was still a shock !

The staff at the venue made our holiday for us. My wife has a number of dietary requirements and the staff went out of their way to cater for her in all cases. Nothing was too much of a problem. It also helped that the room was stunning, as was the view and surroundings. It's a small hotel and if that's what you're looking for then it's perfect.

Completely overwhelmed by this resort - all the smiling and helpful faces, making our experiences something really extra. Felt like home from day one, and I can actually not think about one thing that is not perfect. The food is one of a kind, the pool area and view is spectacular, and the rooms..Wow!! Will definitely come back here again. Have been on the island before, and this resort is by far the best I have experienced. Also, all kinds of activities are included in the room price. Which makes you able to just relax, enjoy your holiday, and take a sip of one of the amazing drinks from the bar. We also tried the spa, can really recommend the Bamboo-massage! About the cleaning service: excellent - the turn down service in the evenings was much appreciated. With both chocolate and new text every night, super cosy! To summarize - if going to Mauritius, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to experience this again.

I was upgraded to a villa at adjacent Maradiva, which was extravagant and luxurious. The resort is breathtaking and everything is run extremely professionally. I was treated like royalty. The staff at the restaurants at both resorts, the spa staff at Sands, the receptionists, and all other staff were extremely kind and accommodating. I had a relaxing massage and a lovely facial at the Sands spa. There were some issues with my pre-booked tennis lessons (no coach), which was frustrating, since I had booked Sands because of the tennis, but the last day they managed to bring in an excellent tennis coach and I had a great lesson with him. Thanks to all staff for making my stay very nice indeed.

Lovely hotel with a very thoughtful staff. Great place to relax and options for adventure. Food options at both breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Enjoyed my stay however the food was incredibly bland. Would love it was more flavourful. Would have been a 5* experience had it not been for the food as the staff are amazing, hotel facilities were amazing, everything was great but the food sadly

Bon séjour, quelques cafards

This is by far, the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. I wished to propose to my partner in Mauritius and the hotel went above and beyond to make it happen. Yash organised the whole thing for us and made it look like a fairytale without any stress whatsoever. They designed a whole menu to accommodate for my partner’s allergy, they covered the beach in rose petals and organised a singer. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, we were so well looked after by all of the staff. We were greeted by staff upon our arrival and shown straight to our room. The check-in process was done in our room while we had the signature on-arrival cocktails. There are a variety of games and activities organised throughout the day as well as entertainment each night. The food options were amazing and there are also free water sport activities. If you are thinking of staying in a hotel in all of Mauritius, please make it this one. The best service, activities, and amenities that I have ever experienced in a hotel.

We stayed at this wonderful resort for a night last week- definitely not long enough. Everything was perfect. Exceptionally good and friendly service from everyone. The resort is at one end of the beach with its own bay. It felt very exclusive. Would love to go back one day.

The staff were extremely accommodating with all requests. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and had plenty of storage space. There were really thoughtful and practical touches in the room. The sea view was amazing. There were extensive water sports available included included in the accommodation fee. The jacuzzi is outdoors but was incredible. There was not as extensive a range of food as at other resorts of this calibre but this did not detract from the fabulous stay in any way.

Merveilleux séjour dans un non moins merveilleux Hôtel. Dès l’arrivée au Sands la photo est magique avec au large le Morne Brabant. Accueil parfait, le personnel est aux petits soins de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. La politesse, la gentillesse et la compétence sont les maitres mots de tout le personnel qui œuvre dans cet établissement. Au bord de l’eau sur la longue plage de Flic en Flac propice à de belles promenades, l’hôtel est calme, relaxant. Les suites sont grandes avec un beau dressing. Tout est bien propre. Bouteille d’eau tous les jours dans les chambres avec un petit chocolat et la pensée du jour. Merci au personnel des chambres pour leur travail. Les buffets sont variés et changent tous les jours. Quel plaisir de savourer les bons plats épicés de Maurice. Il y a du talent derrière les fourneaux. Au petit déjeuner je vous conseille les oeufs, cuisinés et servis par une charmante dame tout sourire. Un pur régal. Merci à elle pour la transmission de sa bonne humeur tôt le matin. Le menu langouste est à faire. Une langouste et demi grillée par personne, sans compter les mises en bouche, l’entrée et le dessert. Un service impeccable digne des grands restaurants en France. Bravo et merci à Ashlay et à toute son équipe pour cette soirée inoubliable. Toutes le personnel des restaurants et des bars est à féliciter, en particulier Selven leur manager, qui vous accueille matin et soir avec toujours un bon mot pour savoir si tout va bien. Un beau sejour et un bel hotel
