前もって予約をしていたはずだが、ホテルが部屋を用意していないようだった ホテルのスタッフが後から部屋のカギを持ってくるという話だったが、持ってこなかった 朝食は割と種類もあり良かった 空港送迎も一人だったがきちんとやってくれた

出発前の精算で計算していたよりも３倍の追加料金を請求されました。レシートを要求してかくにんしたところ、頼んでいない料理や飲み物が追加されていました。 最後にこのようなことがあり、残念。信頼性を失いました。

I spent one night at this hotel. The facilities are very nice. Clean and modern room, a nice restaurant, and a nice swimming pool. However, I was disappointed with low quality service. In my room, there was no teeth teeth brush.

Everything was excellent; the staff is so friendly. Breakfast is good with a wonderful view of the city. Only minor issue: the driver for the airport pickup service delayed around 30 minutes to pick me up.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were good people. Loved the free breakfast and coffee. The lounge on the roof was great. Overall great experience.

VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend.

Very loud nightclub on the roof, not the best for sleeping. Wish there was a quiet comfortable space to just have a beer with out the music. Other then that it was good. The gym renovations has taken a lot longer then expected. Location is very good

The staff were super friendly.They even gave me a wonderful birthday present (upgrading my room) 😍and they made me a small birthday party by bringing a cake to my room and singing to me 💜

The staff were warm and welcoming right from the entrance. They assisted my mum and me with her luggage, and check-in was quick despite a temporary power outage, which was beyond their control. The room was a comfortable size for two, and overall, we had no issues.
