I stayed only one night. Every year I stayed this hotel. Stuffs keep smiling and i enjoyed sort chat with them. The breakfast is always perfect.

仕事の関係で毎年1回泊まります。いつもスマイルで迎えられほっとします。近くに大きなショッピングセンターが２つもあり、空港も近く便利です。ビュッフェレストランや寿司バーも最高。

Every year I stayed this hotel to visit my business partner almost 10 years long. This hotel have nice Sushi -bar with big smile. Also reception people have nice hosritality.

今更、変られないと思いますが、私の入った部屋は毎回（5回以上宿泊）同じですが、洗面室が他の国のインターコンチネンタルより少し狭い。 ドアが内開きでやむを得ないと思うが開けたその後に便器があるのは使勝手が悪い。 バスタオルの新しさなどについては 他のインターコンチと変わらずVery Goodです。

仕事で1年に一度泊まります。インターネットが優良なこと以外は文句ありません。いつも快適です。空港からも10‐15分くらいですし、近隣にショッピングセンターがあります。

ホテルの部屋の清潔さメインテナンスは抜群ですが、広さとしては少々狭く感じます。真の最高級と呼ぶためにはもっと広さが必要かもしれません。 スポーツジムの設備も優良可で評価すれば優です。 筋トレマシーンも比較的新しいのが置いてあります。 バーでは生演奏をしていて良かった。 日本人の感覚ではアルコール飲料は 安いという印象。

Muy mal la cocina, salada y sin gusto !!

I got a bad room! The corner which is smaller! Seems like when you book through expedia you het this done. Also the terrace by the pool was loud music!

Everything was perfect. I come back again for sure.

Staff went beyond their responsibilities to make us feel comfortable

The food and overall experience was very good.But we had a very bad encounter with the housekeeper.We had the non Disturbed sign on the door and the housekeeper she did not care. She still came in the room and I was in my underwear.And she did it more than one time.

Everything was fantastic, but the free breakfast was a false advertisement!!

I chose this hotel because it was recommended to me as a top-tier property; however, my experience felt more in line with a 3-star hotel. The parking was limited, and while the rooms were clean, they were not very updated. The hallway carpet had a noticeable old smell not unpleasant, but noticeable. Customer service was good however I feel the price is somewhat high for what the hotel offers. Overall, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel. There are other hotels in the area that may offer same or better experience, although I did not have the opportunity to stay at them.

Beautiful hotel i really enjoy my stay at this hotel

Las habitaciones son impecables, las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno incluido tipo buffet muy rico y variado y muy cerca de todo, al frente esta mall multiplaza.

Limpieza y habitación muy bien. Lo malo, había una fiesta de bodas y en la noche no se puede descansar debido al ruido generado por la misma. El personal no es tan amable.

FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED 2 DAYS IN A ROW CALLED TO ASK FOR HELP. SO I COULD CANCELLE RESERVATION AND THEY REJECTED AND CHARGED ME THE ENTIRE 3 DAYS

First time in this hotel,beautiful ,clean ,good location ,comfortable beds and pillows.my husband and my stayed for 3 nights ,they charged us breakfast for those days and we didn’t have it during our stay ,we talked to the lady in the front desk and we had to pay por that ,that is why I’m upset with this hotel ,everything else is fine.
