コンシェルジュの男性にとても助けてもらいました。ツアーやレストランのブッキングの他、最終日に部屋でなくしてしまったネックレスもみてけてもらいました。部屋はものすごく綺麗で、周辺の治安もとてもよく、またキトに行く際はこちらのホテルを利用したいです！

フロントスタッフは英語も話せて親切でした。共用部がとても良い香りでした。また部屋も広くて綺麗でした。エアコンが作動してるのかがよくわからず若干寒かったです。

道路に面して車の音が気になったが他は完璧

Hotel com uma localização ótima, porem o quarto que ficamos tinha uma estrutura bem antiga, o ar condicionado nao funcionava direito. Além do cafe da manhã que deixava a desejar também por ser bem restrito de opções.

Le Parc was an excellent hotel with an atmosphere of warmth and helpfulness which came from every one of their staff. Any request was fulfilled immediately and always with a smile. I had three separate visits during a two week holiday so experienced different rooms which were all spacious, clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are located in different towers so it is a mission getting to them with different elevators and a walk through passages. It also means that we were forced to go up and down stairs without a handrail which was difficult for my partner. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. I would happily return again and will recommend it to friends.

Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast

Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean. However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels claustrophobic. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgable. Asked two questions during my stay and they had no clue. Location seemed nice but I am not sure about safety as there was a shooting 50 feet from the hotel door. Noisy in the evening and weekends as there is some kind of a club in or around the hotel. I was on the 8th floor and music is loud until about 1 am. On our last day we left the room at about 8:30 AM came back at about 3 PM and the room was not cleaned. Placed a do not disturb on the door but housekeeping came at about 4 pm knocking on the door. So our room was not cleaned on the last day. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was spacious. There are two restaurants , breakfast is not included but is available for USD$20 per person per day. Buffet with lots of choices.

Spacious clean room, amazing staff with a great breakfast with many choices and delicious Ecuadorian fruit. Neighborhood felt safe to wander around in.

Five stars are too few.

The hotel put us in room 1002. Check in was fine, and the evening was fine, but the next morning, the sun shined into our window, so I wanted to turn on the A/C. Nope! The manager said that part of the hotel does not have A/C. None of the rooms in that section of the hotel have A/C. I was very upset! The best they could do is provide a portable fan. Unacceptable! That same morning we were scheduled to check out, so of course I was not about to change rooms. The hotel should have told us that those rooms in that part of the hotel did NOT have A/C. They did not offer anything (free breakfast or free drinks) as a compensation. Poor judgement on their part!

This property is clean and the staff is lovely. The pool area and the restaurant are both very nice. The rooms are a bit outdated and worn. I booked a spa package in advance but something must have gotten lost in translation because I only received a massage. The spa was also dated and there were phone notifications going off during treatment.

Nice staff and overall a pleasant experience. The team was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only downside was the noise level, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax at times. Other than that, everything went well.
