コンシェルジュの男性にとても助けてもらいました。ツアーやレストランのブッキングの他、最終日に部屋でなくしてしまったネックレスもみてけてもらいました。部屋はものすごく綺麗で、周辺の治安もとてもよく、またキトに行く際はこちらのホテルを利用したいです！

フロントスタッフは英語も話せて親切でした。共用部がとても良い香りでした。また部屋も広くて綺麗でした。エアコンが作動してるのかがよくわからず若干寒かったです。

道路に面して車の音が気になったが他は完璧

La Suite no esta 100% equipada, y faltan muchas amenidades en el Baño. Incluso no hay lugar para ubicar las toallas.

Buen hotel

Beautiful rooms. Make sure you get a room higher than the 7th floor as the street noise will keep you up if your a light sleeper. Other than that was a great stay.

Servicios de primera. Todo el personal muy dispuesto a atenderte en todo momento. La comida y lad instalación de primera.

This hotel is located in a very nice and modern area of Quito, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are spacious with views of the mountains surrounding the city. Also, little hidden gem is the Epicur restaurant tied to the hotel, which offers really delicious food.
