コンシェルジュの男性にとても助けてもらいました。ツアーやレストランのブッキングの他、最終日に部屋でなくしてしまったネックレスもみてけてもらいました。部屋はものすごく綺麗で、周辺の治安もとてもよく、またキトに行く際はこちらのホテルを利用したいです！

フロントスタッフは英語も話せて親切でした。共用部がとても良い香りでした。また部屋も広くて綺麗でした。エアコンが作動してるのかがよくわからず若干寒かったです。

道路に面して車の音が気になったが他は完璧

Nice staff and overall a pleasant experience. The team was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only downside was the noise level, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax at times. Other than that, everything went well.

We liked the location but chose it mainly because our group was staying there the next night as well well. The safe in our first room did not work so they moved us to a much nicer corner room across the hall. It only had amenities for one person, but they quickly brought us extra towels, water, etc., when we asked. Very modern and clean. Nice and accommodating staff. Really they’re more like a 4.8.

Not clear why there is no toilet brush in the toilet

Everything was great,during the night A/C wasnt working well ,somebody check it but wasnt working well but next morning was working fine

I was very please at how quickly and efficiently my room was ready and cleaned. People at the front desk were very helpful and informative on everything the room provided. Hotel exceeded my expectations and everything worked smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

I had a fantastic stay at Le Parc! This was the perfect place for visiting Ecuador’s capital. As it was my first time visiting Ecuador, I wanted to make sure my hotel was ideally situated in the city—and Le Parc was just that. Le Parc is located north of the historic center in what many locals consider an exclusive area. Just steps away, there are plenty of restaurants, stores, malls, pharmacies, parks, and more. The area also felt very safe and quiet at night, and I found it extremely walkable. The hotel features very modern rooms, which I loved. They were clean and had comfortable bedding. I was especially impressed with the gym—honestly, it was by far the best gym I’ve ever seen in a city hotel! It was even better equipped than my local gym. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Quito.
