Me hospedé en las habitaciones the level, el concierge Eddie lo máximo, muy atento en todo, celebré mi cumpleaños en el hotel y el no lo dejó pasar por alto. Maira super atenta y Giancarlos simplemente un personaje habla varios idiomas. La atención de todo el personal es excelente. La comida exquisita, las instalaciones del hotel excelente. 100% recomendado.

La limpieza siempre fue perfecta, tanto en las habitaciones como en los alrededores! Me encanto!

Melia Punta Cana was a relaxing resort to stay at. Our host Juan was incredible. He took care of all of our needs and made our dinner reservations daily. Juan made this trip memorable and personal by surprising us with celebrations for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and centrally located to the pool and beach. Transportation was readily available when needing to get to the other side of the resort for dinning or entertainment. Will stay again.

The property overall yop Notch, wellness concept really helped me to unplug from the world. Concierge Amable Sentil made sure i had everything already taken care off without even asking.. (dinner res, and everything). Level attention top tier as well.

Every person in reception is polite and helpful. Specially walington, Rebeca, Karen.jenika they are very helpful and we feel like our home. Very pleased with their hospitality.

The staff were excellent and spa was wonderful. The beach was well cared for and the pool was very clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was excellent.

Overall very nice, the service was great. The staff here is an amazing and it is clear that they work very hard and love doing what they are doing. I will say that I had one poor experience with a man working at the bar by the pool who made me feel very uncomfortable. Outside of that I am very happy that I chose this resort.

I had an incredible stay at Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive – Adults Only. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with lush gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and a true focus on wellness. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the wellness touches, like yoga sessions, meditation spaces, and healthy dining options. The pool and beach areas were stunning, never overcrowded, and perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand. My stay was Excellent my personal concierge Frankelia Berroa was beyond amazing and professional she was the highlight of my trip traveling alone for my Birthday for first time since my husband passed and she made me feel welcomed and loved. I got Cake and Champagne she went over and beyond her job duties.
