Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, clean and large comfortable rooms, brilliant breakfast, staff lovely, pools wonderful.

Am sorry I didn’t have a view I was put in a room that was very far away, and I was sharing a room with a door to another room and I would wake every morning to noise and music and loud talking.

We had a very relaxed stay and the staff were helpful and attentive, especially Lashawn. The only thing I did not like was that the pool was closed for our entire stay. We only had small pockets of time when we were not busy, so taking the free shuttle to the resort was impractical as it ran once an hour. Everything else was good quality for the price we paid. Thanks again to all the staff.

Great experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options. My only complaint was that the shower was a "freeze or boil" type situation. It was hard to get the temperature just right. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast station with an omelet bar.

The Hotel was nice and clean the staff was very friendly. I have to mention one staff member who was exceptionally great at her job (Ebony). The service she provided was top-tier!! would recommend this hotel.

Always a great hotel for the family vacation or a weekend getaway.

Plase pay some attention to the mosquitoes in the Croton Suites.

Rooms was clean, close to shopping and activities.

Very good week end at Bay Garden.

I was greeted by a contemptuous person who took me on because I pointed out to her that she was serving someone who was behind me in the queue. Then after starting to serve me, while she was taking care of 2 other clients at the same time, got upset because I asked her to finish with me before taking care of new clients. To finish, she assigned me the worst room in the hotel, room 308, a room with no view of the outside and with mosquitoes and lizards. I will never go to this hotel again and advise against it! J'ai été accueilli par une personne méprisante qui m'a prise en grippe parce que je lui ai fait remarquer qu'elle servait une personne qui était derrière moi dans la file d'attente. Puis après avoir commencé à me servir, alors qu'elle s'occupait de 2 autres clients en meme temps, s'est énervée parce que je lui ai demandé de terminer avec moi avant de s'occuper de nouveaux clients. Pour me finir elle m'a attribué la pire chambre de l'hôtel la chambre 308, chambre sans vision sur l'extérieur et avec des moustiques et des lézards. je n'y remettrai plus les pieds! Overall scenery is good

The photos shown of this hotel are not it. They use another hotels photos to sell rooms. I do not recommend.
