Confortable, bien placé !

The room was nice and spacious and the view was beautiful, though it was annoying having to insert the room card into the slot to get power. And the closet and shower were a little annoying. Patio kitchen was something new and "different". Activating the WiFi was really tricky. Staff was helpful and some spoke English, but check in process was so slow and the paperwork was only in French. Lots of restaurants in the area, but they don't open 'til mid-day, but there's a small store. Beaches, bus stop and hiking nearby. However, I deducted one star as we had roaches in our room on two different nights and toiletries were limited and we also had no water on our last morning. And I think the breakfast should cost half of what they're charging. The automated e-mail requesting additional payment or you'll lose your reservation gave me a real scare. I thought it was a phishing scam and almost canceled my cards and my entire trip. It would have been nice for Expedia to state that this fee is already included in the payment and to ignore the automated e-mail. But my biggest complaint is that while the property IS operated by Karaibes Hotel, it is actually called "Residence les Yuccas", NOT "Karaibes Residences". "Karaibes Residences" are a private apartment complex completely separate from the hotel. This information was not clearly communicated to us, and we must've spent well over an hour trying to get into every building in the area, before a maid finally told us where to go.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits avec 2 chambres communicantes avec petit déjeuner. Bon accueil. Chambres propres, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Le seul bémol est sur le petit déjeuner, 14€/personne trop cher pour les produits proposés et trop peu en quantité et en qualité. Et la piscine pas nettoyer (sale). À revoir si vous voulez garder vos deux étoiles.

Séjour d'affaires 2 nuitées. Environnement bruyant jusque dans le hall d'hôtel. Le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant et je les en remercie. Bonne continuation.

Idéalement localisé pour visiter la Guadeloupe en auto.

Un appartement lumineux et spacieux à proximité de commerces et restaurants. Équipement fonctionnel manque d’une table basse dans le séjour. Point négatif : absence d’une vraie terrasse.
