マラウイのホテルでは高額なホテルなので期待してチェックイン。ロビーは非常に暗く(照明が極めて少ない)、天井も低い。受付の従業員も笑顔がない。とても暗い印象を受けた。WiFiはデバイス1台ごとに1日有効のパスワードをくれる。これが非常に面倒なことだった。しかも遅くて、切れる。 部屋は広く清潔ではある。しかし比較的新しいホテルの割にはワードローブ扉の傷、破損が目につく。エアコンやテレビのリモコンは中国語オンリー。対策としてシールで英語訳をボタンの上に貼り付けているが、わかりにくい。水回りは問題なし。WiFiがあまりにも使えないので抗議すると、IT担当が来て通常とは違うパスワードをくれてひとまずOK。朝食は1階のレストランで。従業員は静かでいい仕事をする。教育されている。料理も毎日少し変化している。暖かい料理は暖かい時にいただく、これは常識だが叶わないのがマラウイ。でもそういった基本事項は十分クリアし、従業員の動きも良いので及第点。マラウイでこの朝食なら合格。ジムは狭くて急場しのぎび作られたもので不合格。使ったランニング機材は中国語表示で意味不明。すでにボタンも破損している。 総合評価は普通よりは上だが、価格を考えると満足度は下がる。

リロングウェの中では一番のホテル。街の人と話しても、皆その意見は一致し、私自身もそう思うホテル。 この街には珍しい外資系並みの設備が整っています。部屋は文句ない。wifiも早い。 レセプションの対応は無愛想だが、レストランにいる従業員は総じて親切。食事も美味しい。 街の中心部までも歩いてすぐです。治安もいい。

This was a safe location for foreigners. The compound is surrounded by a wall and guarded gate. The facilities were very nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Their portions are big or you can go a buffet.

Nice and confortable hôtel . Food great

This is a unique property in the sense that it has all the basic needs and checks off all the boxes in Lilongwe. It is comfortable, clean, and safe. However, it is very basic and cold in terms of decor and having one restaurant. Any stay over 4-5 nights without a form of transportation and ability to explore will be very boring unlike Latitude 13 that is a warm and inviting property with interesting and appealing architecture and art.

Used to be the best hotel in town but service is deteriorating systematically. No maintenance to plumbing in the bathroom. No hot water most of the time. Housekeeping not consistent. If they continue this way I won’t stay there again.

Pest control needs to be improved. This is the second time to see cockroach in a room in the hotel. Had one also in my previous stay.

Rooms need maintenance and pest control. I found Cockroach in the room. Shower is broken.
