古い建屋のアパートを改装したという感じ、モールに近いホテルは他にもいっぱいある、勧められないですね。

いつも滞在してますがハウスキーピングが毎回問題を発生します 毎回タオルがなかったりシャンプーや石鹸がなかったりします 今回はその両方と洗濯が丸１日たっても届きません こちらが請求してやっと来ました　この件は以前から問題で今回で４回目です　毎回フロントにクレームをしてますが一向に改善しません　指導が全くなっていません

まだまだ改善することが多くあると思います とくにハウスキーピングの係は要注意すること 安心して部屋に貴重品は決して置かないようにすること

The location of this hotel is a little bit far from the center of Nairobi city, but the utility of this hotel is awesome!!!!! I was so satisfied with everything. If I can tell the hotel, the air conditioner is in each room, but it had not the function of warm. At night, I felt cold, so I needed, but it is for only cold.

部屋もきれいで掃除も行き届いている 環境もよく静かでショッピングセンターもすぐ近くで大変便利がいい しかしフロントのスタッフは少し教育が足りない　朝の挨拶をしないフロントスタッフが多い レストランやハウスキーピングの人たちはきっちり挨拶する

大きなショッピングセンター SARIT CENTERのすぐ近くにあり、滞在中は大変便利でした。ナイロビではこれまで5つのホテルに泊まりましたが、入口の警備はその中でも一番しっかりしていました。部屋は広いとは言えませんが、WiFiも軽快に使用でき、バスルームも清潔でした。ただ、デスクの上に灯りが何もなく、暗くて使用はできませんでした。その代り、冷蔵庫の上のスペースにパソコンを置いて十分仕事はできましたので、まあ良しとします。朝食は値段の割に充実しており、パンも美味しかったのはありがたかったです。

Terrible customer service

The hotel location was perfect comapred to the price i got, the room had a small water problem but they fixed it as soon as i informed them, also the shower didnt had cold water only hot water was working which was funny but not a big problem, but the most important thing is that the manager was a very nice man and the staff were so helpfull more than you can ever imagine, i extended my stay there for a couple of days without any problems, i stayed more than 10 days in total and they made me feel at home, in general for me it was a perfect place to stay ofc compared to its price, PS : i want to thank especially Dennis the janitor working there he is such a nice young man

Bra familjerum, väldigt hjälpsam personal särskillt städaren tror hans namn var Filip. Vi utökade vår vistelse med några dagar. Hotellet ligger i ett bra område nära en stor Mall som finns alla möjliga affärer.

My stay was an amazing one from an amazing reception by Mr Eliud and the entire team not forgetting Mr Wycliffe from the restaurant department and his entire crew. I enjoyed the place and the other reason why the Zehneria stands out is it location being close to most of the places you would wish to visit around Nairobi

I had an incredible experience at Zehneria Hotel. The service was outstanding, thanks to the superb receptionists and the truly one-of-a-kind general manager, Mr. David Mwaniki. Everything about the hotel is just awesome — a must-visit!

The Hotel was in a good Location in the business district and in a walking distance from the City Center. The staff ist nice and helpful. The Buffet breakfast was very good with many choices.

Stayed here one night when arrived in Kenya. Brilliant staff and great facilities. Liked it so much so we have booked to stay on way back too
