スタッフの対応がチェックインから空港へのシャトル送迎に至るまで気配りが行き届いてました。 部屋も綺麗で、コンセントも多くあり、快適な 滞在ができました。

部屋は清潔で、エアコンがあるのが良かったです。また、朝食もおいしかったです。 ホテル駐車場はかなりの台数をとめることができ、しかもホテル敷地内だったので良かったです。

午前10:30に着いたが、直ぐに部屋を用意してくれ、アーリーチェックイン出来た。 ホテルの空港シャトルサービスを依頼したが、返事がなかった。 空港でポーターから連絡してもらうと直ぐに迎えが来た。

国際空港の近隣かつ24時間・30分間隔でホテルとの無料シャトルバスを運行しており、旅行に適した立地であり、深夜に到着したが安心して宿泊できた。部屋もホテルも清潔かつホテルスタッフの仕事ぶりもきちんとしている。治安も良く夜も明るく人通りの多いエリアに立地しているため、安心して夕食に出ることもできる。Wi-Fiやワーキングスペースも完備しており、ビジネスパースンにもお薦めのホテルです。

The room is clean, staff service is great. Very close to the airport. Great Brazilian restaurant upstairs. Also there is a traditional Ethiopian restaurant nearby, which was recommended by the hotel Consierge and was a great restaurant.

1泊のみ日本からネット予約で喫煙、禁煙各1室ずつのツインを予約。 もう1泊必要になり、フロントで1週間ほど前に予約を入れる。 しかし宿泊当日に、喫煙の部屋が無いと言われる。 フロントの人が言うには事前に言ってなかったとの事でしたが、禁煙、喫煙各1室ずつと確実に伝えてあった。 時間をかけてゴネて話をすると、喫煙の部屋が突然取れたが謝罪無し。 あるなら初めから用意すればいいものを… 続けて精算の話をすると、事前決済のみとの事。 予約を入れに行った時は、1泊は事前のカード決済で終了、もう1泊は事後決済で問題無いとの事だった。 しかしホテルの規約で後払いは不可だとか、事前に聞いていないからダメなどと、ここでも揉めに揉めたが最終的には受け入れられたが、またも謝罪無し。 ホテルの規約はどこに行ったのか… 上記のことが非常に腹立たしかった。 一言でも謝ってくれるなら気分は良かった。 しかしながらシャワーは温かいし十分なお湯の量が出る、部屋に暖房もある、ごはんはそこそこだし申し分なかったので、おすすめします。 夜は外のバーみたいな所の生演奏がうるさいけど、個人的には問題なかったです。

My stay at Ramada Addis was good. The hotel is very clean as it is new. But it is overpriced as most hotels in Addis are.

I skipped breakfast due to n early flight. Room was immaculate. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Room service was prompt. Dining was very affordable. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with perfect bar staff and restaurant food in lobby/bar.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and can recommend it. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is great - it’s very close to the airport, in a safe area, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a complementary airport shuttle! We enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada hotel in Addis Ababa

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was highly professional, yet warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food was excellent, the spa treatments were smooth and relaxing, and the entire staff was attentive throughout my stay. The location near everything also makes it very convenient. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
