午前10:30に着いたが、直ぐに部屋を用意してくれ、アーリーチェックイン出来た。 ホテルの空港シャトルサービスを依頼したが、返事がなかった。 空港でポーターから連絡してもらうと直ぐに迎えが来た。

国際空港の近隣かつ24時間・30分間隔でホテルとの無料シャトルバスを運行しており、旅行に適した立地であり、深夜に到着したが安心して宿泊できた。部屋もホテルも清潔かつホテルスタッフの仕事ぶりもきちんとしている。治安も良く夜も明るく人通りの多いエリアに立地しているため、安心して夕食に出ることもできる。Wi-Fiやワーキングスペースも完備しており、ビジネスパースンにもお薦めのホテルです。

The room is clean, staff service is great. Very close to the airport. Great Brazilian restaurant upstairs. Also there is a traditional Ethiopian restaurant nearby, which was recommended by the hotel Consierge and was a great restaurant.

1泊のみ日本からネット予約で喫煙、禁煙各1室ずつのツインを予約。 もう1泊必要になり、フロントで1週間ほど前に予約を入れる。 しかし宿泊当日に、喫煙の部屋が無いと言われる。 フロントの人が言うには事前に言ってなかったとの事でしたが、禁煙、喫煙各1室ずつと確実に伝えてあった。 時間をかけてゴネて話をすると、喫煙の部屋が突然取れたが謝罪無し。 あるなら初めから用意すればいいものを… 続けて精算の話をすると、事前決済のみとの事。 予約を入れに行った時は、1泊は事前のカード決済で終了、もう1泊は事後決済で問題無いとの事だった。 しかしホテルの規約で後払いは不可だとか、事前に聞いていないからダメなどと、ここでも揉めに揉めたが最終的には受け入れられたが、またも謝罪無し。 ホテルの規約はどこに行ったのか… 上記のことが非常に腹立たしかった。 一言でも謝ってくれるなら気分は良かった。 しかしながらシャワーは温かいし十分なお湯の量が出る、部屋に暖房もある、ごはんはそこそこだし申し分なかったので、おすすめします。 夜は外のバーみたいな所の生演奏がうるさいけど、個人的には問題なかったです。

We had a comfortable stay at Ramada. The service was good and the food in the restaurant Junoon was excellent. They provide airport pick up and drop off, which is convenient. Location is also good with many shops within walking distance and the airport was super close. The room is slightly dated but was comfortable.

I didn't have the opportunity to use these tools, so I can't provide an opinion on the gym and parking.

As a frequent visitor to Addis Ababa, I can confidently say that Ramada is among the best hotels in the city. The service is exceptional – the staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, often reaching out proactively to ensure guests’ comfort. The location is ideal, right on Bole’s main avenue, close to all key attractions, and the rates are very fair considering the hotel’s high standard. An excellent experience overall – highly recommended

Best place to stay

I had a little mix up about the room but everything was rectified by the reception staff.

They should improve the quality of their towels, which appear discolored and unclean. I felt uncomfortable using them.

It suited my purposes excellently and was adjacent to the airport.

Nice stay - beds very nice. Disappointed I was charged for a full breakfast price when all I wanted was 1 banana. Some flexibility is always appreciated for top customer service.

Good stay. Comfortable. Were there for one night. Everything was neat and tidy.

The staff was very nice, polite and welcoming. The city view from the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay again 😊
